This hotel is a budget hotel, but the rooms are very clean and they provide access to cctv to the parking area around your hotel. Very useful if you are driving to the hotel. The room size is quite spacey for the price with modern furniture. They don't offer breakfast but there are several tasty food outlets near the hotel.

It's my first time checking-in to this hotel. Was driving from Brunei and true that parking lots were limited. However, overall stay was ok, but, maintenance of the fixtures in the room could be improved. Example, toiletry holder tray in the bathroom was missing & could easily be replaced but not done. Need to pay extra charge for an extra pillow (something I never heard of)

This hotel's furniture might look a bit old and those rooms that I stayed in might have some problem with its lighting n curtain, but it is quite clean (my priority). It is quite convenient too if u r driving as they will provide u with parking lots with cctv monitoring. quite a comfortable place to stay! 👍🏻

The hotel location is convenient, many eateries & two shopping malls nearby. Convenience shops & banks nearby too. Diagonally opposite it is the Sarawak Heritage Craft Centre. It looks very quiet but there are about 8-10 stall inside selling all sorts of craft & food stuff (Bario rice, Bario salt etc) at reasonable prices. I saw a lady making her own beaded jewellery but she had closed by the time I went back to her stall. There is also one large shop immediately on the left when you enter. The centre starts to close after 5 pm. The rooms are clean & quiet. The towels white & quite thick. Provides tea, coffee, drinking water & a jug kettle. Water pressure good. We stayed in a double room for 2 nights & then, a twin for one night. The double room with window is big. The bathroom for the twin with window should have a wall separating the bath area from the toilet. It doesn't, so the bathroom gets quite wet. Service is good. It doesn't have a cafe of its own. Wifi was good in both the rooms we stayed in. At night, the streets doesn't have much traffic but it feels safe. There are pedestrians on the road. I was warned of snatch thieves by my Miri friend, though.

I get that Chinese new year is coming but no point to blast cny song starting 7am. Anyone can hear the music from the rooms cos it's zero soundproof! Rooms feel a little unsafe cos there's a lot of noted everywhere asking guest to not leave their valuables in the room. Hope there's a in room safebox soon.
