Looking for specialist, Miri City Medical Centre is right in front of us, 15 minutes drive to the airport, 5 minutes walk to the shopping mall, restaurant, cafe (Malay & Chinese food), and 5 minutes drive to Imperial shopping mall (biggest mall in Miri).

Hotel is in a great location, near shopping malls. Complimentary drinking water dispenser in the corridor. Clean, comfortable room, although there is no english tv channels. On the first night the reception staff were quite rude and would not let use a phone to book our next hotel (in malaysia) when the wifi wasn't working. He did not seem to care we were stuck without it. However the second night, the lady on reception was completely different, much more helpful and friendly.

Stayed here for two nights whilst sorting out our trip to mulu national park. Bed was the biggest we've had in 5months travelling and very comfy! A bit out of town but ok location. WiFi worked ok and TV had a few English channels. Bathroom was fine. Staff generally friendly, although the younger female member of staff quite grumpy. Also cleaning lady knocked on our door at 8:45am whilst we were still in bed to see if we wanted the room cleaning. Nice that the room was to be made up, but if leisure tourist time is too early to be knocking on the door - at least she didn't just walk straight in!

This is my second time at this hotel. I am glad I am coming back to the same hotel. The staff are all smiley and cheerful. It makes one feel very welcome. The room is very spacious and the bathroom is well lit. The water dispenser by the elevator is a generous act of the hotel. The wifi signal is great. I cannot help but feel glad to have chosen this place to stay again. Thank you!

The hotel is amongst the newest in town. Its just a stone throw from Bintang Megamall and nearby a few Chinese seafood restaurants and a Halal food court. All basic amenities are provided and the staff are very reliable in providing information of the surrounding.

Decent hotel in a reasonable location. This was a stop over on route to another place. The hotel was nice, the room was clean, the service was really good and the location made it easy to get about. There isn't a lot in Miri but I would recommend this place as a base to get about miri. The good things are the price of the hotel the bad things are that the staff though helpful do not speak english.
