Though from the exterior this boutique hotel seems fairly new, however the interior has a poor finishing to it. I stayed only for a night as I had to catch the plane from Miri to Singapore. The TV doesn't work well in my room. Luckily the room seem clean enough and it has a good strong shower and aircon keeps the room nice and cold. For the price of Rm$115 i shouldn't expect anything more.
