This little hotel served my purpose very well...initially booked 2 nights just to try it out but was satisfied with everything hence extended to 2 weeks stay lol (travel restriction due to COVID). Strategically located at Jalan Brooke, very easy to spot. Have their own convenient store at the lobby. Otherwise other 24hr mini mart also available behind the hotel. Places to eat & shop within 10 mins of walking distance. Single room is spacious compared to other inns/hotels within the same league. Daily housekeeping provided (cleanliness assured). Floor to ceiling windows provided natural lighting (very important otherwise it would be depressing). Internet connection most of the time quite fast, sometimes lag especially during night time. This is now my new port in Miri.

Introduced by friends. So got to try. Based on others review seems good to try it myself. The location is easily found as its just by the roadside. There's convenient stare in the same building.Check in was smooth. As usual deposit is required. Got myself a 2nd floor room. The elevator is good. Room easily found. Furniture arrangements and amenities are basic. Bottled drinking water is provided. Limited TV's channel. The air cond is good. The bedding is ok. However there's unpleasant smell from the air cond and the toilet. Even after flush..the " toilet"s smell lingering throughout the night. Sadly that cause a sleepless night. But maybe in that room. Not sure about other rooms. Overall, yes will check in here in different room.

Overall pleasant place to stay in, interesting that i am the first person to review in a number of years.. Not many people staying there, the rooms were reasonably clean. Not too happy with the design of the toilet since bath water flows towards the door and can cause a bit of pooling. Liked that there was a water cooler at the common area, so I could just refill my bottles instead of buying distilled water everyday. There was a convenient stall located in the hotel, which was nice. Beside the hotel, there is a clinic, another convenient stall and a eatery. Across the street, there is a supermarket and more eateries.

The hotel is clean with friendly staff. Free wifi is provided. Laundry is available at ground floor of the hotel which convenient for me to have clean outfits during the stay. Near to Imperial Mall and Bintang Mall within 5-10 minutes walking distance. I will come back and stay again!

Room was nice, clean & tidy. They need to improve on the internet/wifi speed because it was too slow. Near to the shopping mall and city. There are good cafes around the hotel and can enjoy the local food. Staffs are friendly & attentive.

The positive; 1. Secure free parking with cctv. 2. Modern 3. Free WiFi 4. Connecting room available 5. Individual AC, adjustable temperature. 6. Flat LCD tv, with Mtv, world news, lotus, Chinese news tv and Malay movie channels. 7. Complementary drinking water. 8. At every level, the hotel provide free water dispenser, hot and cold. Which is some kind of positive approach by the hotel. Negative: 1. Limited parking space 2. Funny experience with the lift. Was o.k but when we came back to the Hotel after dinner. The level 1 button didn't responded. We have to go up to level 2 first and walk down the staircase to level 1 where we were staying. Ha...Ha...lol 3. Didn't provided me the face towel, but the next door have it. 4. Cannot connect to Wfi. So have to use my phone to access internet. 5. The water pressure wasn't so strong. 6. No Malaysian tv channels, shouldn't be a problem to foreigner. I will stay at this Hotel again in the future. I like it. …
