Located at Redang Island gives you access to some of the best diving and snorkeling sites in this part of the world.This boutique resort with zero start itself is located on Pasir Panjang (Long Beach), offering you white sandy beaches, turquoise waters, colourful marine life and spectacular view of the South China Sea. Our resort is just re-opened it's business from End of April 2013 onwards. Highly appreciated not to focus us as a 4-5 star resort. Everyday we are improvise towards the services to satisfy our guest. We strongly believe & inform our guest not to have a high expectation on us. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenient cause.

Do not book here, the place should be condemned. Our room had bed bugs (B27), dirty linens, ceiling was peeling, and mattress was from 20+ years ago with giant holes. The pool is a total danger to everyone, see the photos of my sons foot. He was swimming and cut his foot on broken tile. When I notified staff they brought a first aid kit, and it was empty. They took 10 minutes to find gauze. Worst of all, none of the staff seemed to care and it was obvious this has happened before. No one attempted to even figure out how it happened to prevent it from happening again. When I asked for a different room, I was told none were available. I had them cover the mattresses with plastic garbage bags and we left first thing the next morning. My husband still got bites on his feet. We checked out the breakfast buffet, what a joke. Dirty dishes, dirty place mats, scrambled eggs sitting in a pool of water. Just gross. I now see why they make you prepay in full. I will be undergoing the big fight to try and get a refund, wish me luck. We moved to the redang pelangi resort, much better option!…

It's nothing like the description on its website. The only good thing about it is the beach and crystal blue waters. Everything else - disappointing. Poolside tables are sticky, infested with red ants, bathroom is a disgrace, the shower water stinks, broken drawers and watch out for crumbling paint powder from the ceiling at the dining area. We booked on the official website, but discovered that we were dealing with a third party agent that was useless. Difficult to get in touch, never answered the phone. The entire place felt incomplete like they started the construction of the resort, stopped mid way and not bothered to finish. It's definitely not a spa resort. The spa is chained up with rusty padlock. Didn't look like it was ever in operation. My suggestion, go elsewhere in Redang Island. Sari Pacifica is not the one. BTW, there is another of this chain of hotels at Lang Tengah Island. Pretty much the same. So maybe avoid all Sari Pacifica resorts. …

I have traveled to stay at this hotel I feel that the service staff are good, provide good information, and are courteous. The room was clean. but stuck in place Internet signal is rarely available. If so, walk out of the room. and the water will not smell good Recommended to leave open before use. Suitable for friends who want privacy

Booked before MCO, and initially responded to have credit voucher due to pandemic. However, followed up with them via email on the validity date for the credit voucher to be used, but no response at all on how the credit voucher work and just forfeit all full payment made, treat the case has been resolved. Be careful and better not to book with this hotel.

This resort looks gorgeous in the pictures, but when you actually get there it's absolutely horrid. It's not cheap accommodation either. I paid to stay with a lagoon view, but the lagoon is filthy! Slimy, muddy, smelly and half empty. The room has damp moulding ceilings, with the paint and plaster falling off right in front of your eyes. The bath's are not in working order, and there is no housekeeping done, just a knock on the door which woke me up at 8.30am to give me one small bottle of water. When I asked them not to wake me up again, they left the water on my doorstep in the sun for the next 4 days of my stay. The linen is so old, stained, and has black mould spots that don't wash out. Even unwashed, dirty covers from previous guests. Half of the light globes are dead, so I had to use my mobile phone torch to get to bed after turning the mains off by the front door. There are no cushions on the pool lounges so you are left lying on hard wooden planks, or cane chairs that are ripped apart. The beach towels are worse than rags and they have no more than 15, so you rarely got one. The pool was nice though, however they advertise cocktails, but the bar tender doesn't know how to make them so it's beer or soft drink. I had to drag my suitcase through the sand to reach the resort, when other resorts pick you up from the pier. There was no wifi at all for 3 days, which I was told there was none on the island, but sure enough other places had it working perfectly. I tried to check out early due to the unsatisfactory standards. Agoda said it was ok to do this as they understood my complaints and they were shocked by the state of the resort too. But then management told me I couldn't unless I forfeited my money entirely. The breakfast buffet has one fruit option only, but a heap of fried food! The chef was so lovely though, poor guy working in such a revolting environment. The teapots were so grotty that chunks of burnt tea and residue from years gone by, would fall into the cup, every morning for my 5 day stay. There are no spa facilities as advertised. Management and reception staff were rude, but other staff members were kind and friendly. I could go on, but just take my word for it, and please look for other accommodation on this island.…

I hardly ever write reviews for hotels or resort because no matter how bad it is, it was bearable. But Sari Pacifica Redang, was not bearable at all. We made a mistake by not reading bad reviews and only read the recommended reviews. Here is what we experienced there,: Cons: -the worst part of our holiday was electricity distruption that happened too often. It was definitely unacceptable, even zero star hotel or motel would have proper electricity. -our room was not that bad, definitely not 4 stars worthy. The bedsheet had stained on them. -No room/cleaning service. You'll get 2 water bottles in the room, you'll suffer the thirst at night. -food was average, not so good but not so bad either. But the worst thing was, while i was having breakfast, huge part of the old ceiling paint dropped on my head and food. -You're a bit lucky if you paid for sea front chalet, you wont be disturbed by mosquito breeding fountain that they couldn't be bother to renovate it. It looked so nice in their website, but in reality it look bad and disgusting. Pros: -beautiful beach infront of the resort that made you instantly forget about how terrible your room was once you step out. - Decent indian food in the buffet selection for breakfast, lunch and indian. If you love malaysian cuisine, i reckon you'll find it okay. -you'll encounter cute squirrels around the resort. -not a crowded resort, less people, well now you know why 😅 If you're still surveying, try to avoid this place at all cost, it is not worth it. But if you were like us, who had bought non refundable 3d2n package, keep all of these mind. It helped a bit coming there by reading how terrible the reviews were, we knew what to expect. To Sari Pacifica Redang Resort management, just close and fix your resort first. Youre definitely not 4 stars anymore, atleast show some intergrity to serve people what they paid for. …

Beautiful area, blue sea, comfortable when on the beach. Comfortable satisfaction. Spacious and comfortable room can accommodate 4 people in one room. In terms of food, I really like it.. it delicious, there are various types of food to choose from as well as good service from the staff of saripacifica Redang. And get the very best photographer Allan David Perez. Lots of interesting pictures. Tq so much for having us. Next time we come again ..

I am so disspointed with the very bad services from yr team. In term of facilities, and arrangements of transportation from jetty. Yr facilities like wifi is not helpful at all. Yr toilet at lobby is very dirty. For the price you charged us absolutely NOT WORTH IT!! The food is like 1 star hotel. The towel in room is like RM50 per night hotel. Paid RM1800 for these kind of facilities and services. Waited for transportation waited 30-40 minutes at jetty n hotel. I really dont recommend anythg good at yr place. I expect more for this price at least good hospitality and im house food and towels. But all are dispointing!!

Hotel was a lil run down..i guess i blameCovid for that..nevertheless the staff were polite and accommodating. A shout out to Winnie (Winny?) for being extra attentive to our needs during our stay. Would i recommend it? Perhaps - for their beautiful white sandy beach.. If u decide to stay here, some pointers to take note; - no tv in the rooms - no wifi (chargable) - no phone signal (only available by the beach) - download ur movies in advance on Netflix for u to watch in the rooms Other than that, we had a wonderful trip here!

Stayed at Laguna . Except for some aged furnitures , room is spacious , clean & neat . Utilities are all working fines . Food is good . Beautiful seafront . Staffs are friendly & helpful . S. P. Redang was our 4th stay with Sari Pacifica Resort group ( past experience at S. P , Lang Tengah , Aseania & Sibu ) . Really enjoy the island hopping with good snorkeling spots . Good service rendered by resort's staffs even when they are shorthanded . No complaints , after all , we are here to relax, enjoy ourselves and hv fun under the sun . Just my opinion . Cheers .
