Worst lobby - badly done, hot and dirty Worst swimming pool, dirty and was not maintained properly Worst room - it's bare and badly done, the room is WORSE than BUDGET HOTEL. Obviously they are under staff. We have three huge luggages and six smaller luggages, with three children from 2-8 years and two senior person ard 70 years, two ladies (one of them actually has knee injuries) and I am the only man that can do all the carrying, And we had to carry all luggages ourselves to the rooms located at the first floor. Food was lousy, no ala cart option and drinks got to buy ourselves at the convenient shop at the ground floor The bar only off at 12 mid night and you could hear the loud music it clearly from the rooms. The service of the pick up from jetty to our stop over

The place was excellent! Room was big, air-cond is working fine, WiFi is down most of the times, service is excellent. Plenty of activities to do around there. Snorkeling trip is twice a day, equipment is not included. I also did diving there, it was excellent!

A decent stay for a family of five. Cafeteria food was so-so as the meals were included in the package. Unless you are willing to spend some money on food that can be found in or out of the resort. The resort need to do a make-over as it look dilapidated. The only setback was the limited entertainment channels for cable tv. Overall, it was quite a pleasant stay.

Clean basic accommodation.mostly Malaysians stay. Chinese, Malay food only. Buffet breakfast, lunch afternoon tea and dinner. Bar in the eve with live entertainment. Shallow beach great for toddlers..lots of opportunities to dive and snorkeling. Boat trips.boards for hire..takes over 1hour on the boat transferring to a smaller boat to avoid damaging the coral. Lot's of fish and a chance to go to an marine conservation area. Other resorts on the island.

We stayed for 3 days 2 nights there. The room that we take quite spacious but they only provides towel .No kettle and toiletries item provided.Even the tv channel only got 3 channels but thats ok for us cuz most of the time we were playing at the beach 😘☺ The food is delicious and we no need to worry even we come down late to get our meal cuz the staff will make sure that the food is always filled up. All staff are very friendly and helpful Last but but not least is so far redang island got the superb view that I've ever seen.

So-So for relax & leisure stay, family stay because they have live band every night. Loud noises until late night. Not suitable for Malay families. Food delicious.Mostly Chinese style cooking because most of the guests are non malays. I myself went to neighbouring chalets to have traditional Malay food 😊 or one of the best burgers i have ever tasted. But I recommend Redang Bay Resort for the best Open Sea diving course package. Their instructors are the best.(Mr Shahrim Senik, Mr Fahmy & their Dive Masters). If interested, just call the resort and ask for them.

the beach just in front of hotel. The view really superb when in the morning. Breakfast just nice with sea view. I booked Deluxe queen room. Just simple room, not have mini bar.Wifi and data coverage really bad. If you're snorkelling or diving lover l, i suggest come here within April until July.

We went 4 families to enjoy our vacation. We took the package from the resort which includes all meals, Marine, Snorkeling, Return ferry transfer from Shabandar jetty. The service is appreciable, the location is very nice, staffs are friendly and helpful, food were very delicious and well varies. Redang is one of the best Island in Malaysia, hope to enjoy again. We had a great holiday there. I recommend to everyone, it worth the money you spend.

I spent 10 days in Redand Bay with my family. The main reason of our trip was to organize a first diving trip with my younger son (12 yo). This was a last minute decision and all the fancy hotels were fully booked. We decided to give a chance to Redang Bay resort. So we were not surprised by the very basic comfort of our room ( 2 double beds), even though we hoped for a good surprise... If you want the room to be cleaned you have to ask for it. But the beds were pretty comfy and the air conditionning very effective and silent. Food is boring. We are vegetarian and asked for special meals. The coocking staff was very kind and organised this for us. But still, there were not many different options. We kept eating there for lunch, and sometimes breakfast. We ended visiting the

This place is perfect if all you want is a bed, food in your belly and a place near the beach. However, if you like having a clean room every day (ours was cleaned only once in our 10-day stay), tasty quality food (the food served was canteen style) and peace and quiet, this is definitely not where you should end up! Loud music every night until 1am made it hard to fall sleep... Also, redang bay caters mostly for chinese guests. Next time, i'd book a room at laguna resort or coral redang resort.
