Fish feeding just on the beach is actually an amazing experience. Managed to capture lovely 13 species of fishes w the under water camera that you rent at the resort. What more if you were island hoping on the other side of the island, probably more fishes. Lazing down the beach on a hammock from sunset. Lovely views. Fine white powdery sand. If your on a budget this place is very reasonable. But if you're wanting more depending on your budget there are other resorts on the island. I came here to chill out and relax. 3 days 2 nights on full board not bad for the price w all the activities included. Snorkeling, island hopping, fish feeding, live bands etc. This place is always fully booked w the locals. Food can be better, but what do you expect if your on a budget. I

After researching for awhile and back and forth looking into some other hotel and accommodation in redang island, we decided to book this redang bay resort, we called and transfer the money for reservation of full-board 3D2N packages (cost us around 1k rm), we got a quad room because the double room is fully book. this package already include ferry transfer and breakfast, lunch, high tea, dinner and snorkling trip. everything running smooth the ferry and the checkin, the room also clean and the air conditioner is really work their magic, so everything fine. the beach is just in front of the hotel and really pretty and the clear water. after checkin, we had lunch, the buffet also great, mostly malay food but its tastefull and fill our stomach nicely and after that we went to

Some staffs are friedly and helpful espeacially the front desk, however there is a gaping difference for the others.. Lackadaisikal attitude, arrogant, do not care for the feelings of their guest. More hospitality training should be provided? Food was average, not much variety.

Internet sucks sometimes, 2 much Chinese music played at the night in the near bar, the buffet provided is good a blend of Malay&Chinese. We changed rooms for our last day. We loved the room they gave us better than the one we had before. Internet was 马马虎虎的. The jungle trekking experience was good. Advisable to be as comfortable as possible. Its about a 2 hr trek to n fro. Snorkeling good. Different spots every time including the marine park. Definitely worth going to see the sea life there. Hotel workers are all nice and friendly. Freely interacting with the guests and always ready to help where n when necessary. We overall liked our stay there. Brings the native island feeling to it.

Well, I won't talk about the dorm rooms, noisy, but about the chalets, very dark, dirty, old... not charming ! The swimming pool also, dirty, no chair... The food, just bad ! But the afternoon tea is fine, with a large choice of buns, that's a good point ! Why the hell they don't offer these buns for breakfast ? It's a place full of chinese families, noisy, so it's not the place to be for quiet holidays ! The staff is friendly, they organize snorkeling or jungle trek sessions, for free ! We spent one night, to try, but we moved to another fancy place, there's a lot of nice hotels around !

We (basically me & 11 friends) visited & stayed in Redang Bay Resort for 3D2N. Lets talk about the good points on the resort :- 1. Room - Wonderful double bed room with fridge, tv, separate shower & toilet, functional air-cond. 2. Foods - Providing 4 meals per day (Breakfast, Lunch, Tea Break & Dinner) and its delicious. 3. Service - Staffs over there are quite friendly and provide good services. Also, I saw the resort arrange their staff to standby and borrow umbrella to the customer during raining day. 4. Activities - 3 snorkeling trips throughout the trip together with few experience beach boy/lady. They tested the water current before ask us to jump into the sea which is very professional. 5. Night Life - There's pub with liveband infront of the resort which you can

We stay there for 3d2n. The environment and food is over our expectation. They provide variety of food (is buffet)and it's very delicious! There are friendly staffs who will smile to you, assist you and their services are great! They provide locker to look after your belonging when you go for snorkeling and it's foc. They will remind you to check out so that you won't miss the ship back to the jetty. we enjoyed the band performance at night. I love the singer she has a good voice. We had a blast, I would recommend to my friends.

I visited Redang during my Star Cruise trip from Singapore. SCUBA diving was on top of the list of things to do in Redang. Since we were allowed to stay on the island only for 4-5 hours, it was the perfect opportunity for us to try SCUBA. Redang Bay Dive Centre is part of the Redang Bay Resort and offers dive and snorkeling sessions. We were a family of 4 people. We were assigned 3 instructors. Our session was for 1.5 hours (half an hour training and 1 hour under water dive). The instructors were very good and made my parents feel confident that they could dive even if they didn't know swimming. They charged us RM 180 per person which was really worth the experience. I had taken my GoPro camera with me and shot many videos of the corals and fishes. The video can be found on my

The experience here was memorable and serene. My friend and I had extremely good time. We booked the bungalow, the room was clean and neat. The toilet didn't have hot water when you wanted it. Standard shower. TV had like 5 channels. But hey, you cant ask for too much in a island. The corals in front of the beach complements everything. The hotel has really good food. The wifi was decent but i think you should avoid using WIFI when you hit these kind of places. Really let loose, and enjoy the aura. I realized this hotel catered mainly to Chinese. With the karaoke going on till late night...in Chinese of course. Get a room far away from the karaoke to save your soul. The staff were extremely friendly and approachable.
