We stayed here for 2 nights while travelling Nicaragua as a treat for my birthday. The place is presented extremely well, very tidy, the staff are well dressed, and the rooms look beautiful (especially with the towels folded like hearts on the bed) But given all this and the slightly higher price bracket for accommodation and food ($30 per night...

I think it is a good option to stay in Ometepe. It is located just in front of the beach and it offers a good restaurant with good food. It is a bit far from the main town, probably about an hour by motorcycle. There is a vegetarian restaurant just a couple of meters away from the hotel (Natural Restaurant)

Average little, Family place. Love The playa Right in front of The hotel. Average food, nice people. Totally not a 5 star but comfortable. We were only using It to sleep since We wanted to explore The Island, so, We got What We expected. We visited some nice places during our 2 day stay learned some history while at One...

We didn't stay here but have eaten at the restaurant multiple times. The food is surprisingly good! Slightly pricey for Nicaragua, but all of the other nearby restaurants cost just as much if not more. The chicken and steak were both tender and had great flavor. The salad was crisp, had multiple different vegetables and a delicious mustard vinaigrette. The...

The chimichuri steak and fries and the pork dinner were good. It's the only good place to eat dinner. The rooms are very overpriced for what they are. The people are pretty friendly. The beach is nice.

I never write reviews, but I had to with this experience. The lady at the front desk treated me like I was an inconvenience right away, but the main issue was that after me and my wife got to our cabana we pulled the sheets down and to our utmost horror we discovered an enormous layer of dead bugs on...

Rooms are like cabins, basics but comfortable, with it own mini terraza, where we could sit and admire the birds around. Wi-Fi is only in the terraza, lobby and restaurant. I like very much the restaurant, staff very friendly and food delicious. In the afternoon you can relax at the lake with a view to the volcano. Only uncomfortable experience...

We stayed here for three nights whilst visiting Ometepe. The hotel has definitely seen better days - it is tired, dark and in need of a revamp. The reception staff were surly and unhelpful - refusing to repeat words if we hadn't understood them the first time - you felt like a nuisance whenever you approached the front desk, even...

The location is nice, and the staff are super helpful. The room we were given was not what I would consider acceptable. There were mosquitos circling the light on the ceiling, an old fan in the corner, only one outlet worked. It was enough for us to cut our trip short and head back to the mainland. If we hadn't...

We stayed in room 6 which didn't face the lake but had a window for a breeze, a double and a single bed to sleep up to 3 people, a TV with cable and quite a few English channels and ensuite with no hot water. We opted for air conditioning for 30USD a night and it was definitely the right...
