Early last year my colleague shared some unprintable remarks about this hotel with me and I swore never to come back, but unfortunately we had some visitors from UK billed to train a few of our staffs and to my greatest shock ever the business experts we invited specifically mentioned to book rooms for them in hotel bellissimo. Of course,...

My family and I have stayed in some great hotels but this one ranks amongst the very best, my wife never wanted to go as we felt safe everywhere we went. Room – well appointed, very lovely. Bar – very personable service. The kids were so happy, they can't wait to be back again

The hotel is the worst hotel I have visited to date. There has only been sporadic electricity at the hotel as management turn off generators when there are few occupants and constantly tell lies about why there is no power (changing stories). It is actually a shame as the rooms and facilities are not bad and the staff is very...

The staffs were all acting like they answered to nobody. No standby electricity and I had to sleep in a stuffy room with mosquitoes as my lullaby because apparently the number of guests in the hotel were few and as such the generator could not be put on meaning that the number of guests in the hotel could put on...

Attended a conference in the hotel in the new halls outside the main entrance, the building is very good and big, buffet lunch was GREAT, the staff were helpful and friendly. Hope to stay there in the future. WELL DONE BELLISSIMO HOTEL.

I attended a training programme in the hotel for 5 days .I stayed in a room in Annex 5, a building that has a lift in the lobby. All the staff were helpful, food was very good and plenty to choose from. Enjoyed the goat meat pepper soup. My room was nice and comfortable. Am waiting for the next time...

Before i came to Lagos to attend meeting i was invited to attend read the comment about the hotel and was thinking to book myself in a different hotel,as it seemed i was coming to a ''place in hell'',however as a traveller that is travelling through the continent gave it a try. To put it in a nutshell, and this is...

This Hotel does not pass on any aspect of the hospitality trade. Rooms are poorly lit, beds hard and lumpy, doors without mechanisms, limited poor quality television with UPS supplies that effectively have no batteries. The smell in the corridors and rooms resembles a sewer. The bathrooms are no better with toilets that are often loose at the base, showers...

This is a difficult review to write seeing that it is entirely negative in every aspect. I was treated better in a hotel in Baghdad whilst under bombardment during the first gulf war. Food - Terrible is too good a word, abysmal is the closest. Uninteresting menus regurgitated repeatedly with new "additions" the following day. Spoiler alert - You will...

This hotel rates zero stars. The approach to the hotel is down nothing much more than a dirt track through a shanty town. The rooms at first sight look just about mediocre, until you find some of numerous defects, especially in the bathroom. Regular maintenance is virtually non-existent. Beds are actually satisfactory, but the probability of getting a good nights...
