We stayed one night at this property while visiting Machu Picchu. The grounds were beautiful. I wish we would have had more time to explore and enjoy all this property had to offer. If you like flowers, I would suggest making time to allow exploration of all this place has to offer. The rooms were very nice and the fireplace...

Our tour operator booked us one night into this excellent hotel. Most accommodating service. The rooms were charming. The grounds are stunning. We ate at the adjoining Cafe Inkaterra for dinner our first night and lunch the following day, which were excellent. The town is small but picturesque, well-worth exploring, and is charming with the trains rolling in and out...

Our family arrived at the Machu Picchu Pueblo hotel on foot hot, sweaty and grubby after our four day hike along the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. We were immediately awed by the beautiful landscaped grounds leading to the cool lobby where we were warmly greeted by the hotel staff who quickly processed us and ushered us to our casitas....

My husband and I stayed for (3) nights during our trip to Machu Picchu. Mr. Eduardo took care of a minor misunderstanding with our room promptly & efficiently. The grounds are amazing, the rooms are beautifully decorated and the fireplace in the room is a very nice touch specially at night when it gets a bit chilly. There are about...

A very nice room in lavish gardens 10 minutes away from the bus station where buses depart for machu picchu. we got a private tour of their orchid gardens and hummingbirds. wonderful dining room. got a private tour of...

After staying at Urubamba for three nights at Tambo del Inka, we took the Vistadome to Machu Picchu Pueblo train station where Inkaterra porters swiftly took our luggage to the hotel seamlessly. The train arrived at 9:25AM, so after checking in, we had plenty of time to take the bus to the sanctuary where we hired Moises, a local guide...

This property is beautiful and they've thought of all the little extras in the rooms and on the grounds. We were upgraded at no charge from El Mapi and our biggest regret was that we didn't have enough time to adequately take in all this resort had to offer. If you are booking, plan on spending at least a couple...

This hotel was so beautiful..the rooms were wonderful. We had a private cabin and could walk down and watch the river rush by. The most colorful birds that would almost pose for the camera. Beautiful natural gardens and walkways. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel..even the food was wonderful!!!

we had 2 rooms for myself and husband and 2 teenage children. The staff were all very helpful, luggage collected from the train station smoothly. The food was wonderful. I was a bit disappointed by our rooms, the bathrooms were dated and dull, and the room very rustic and not very inspiring. We had a guided night walk and went...

Magnificent surroundings, large and extremely beautiful rooms filled with amenities from the area. Large windows give you the feel of living outdoors. Location is perfect for seeing Machhu Picchu. Had a class in making tea bags. Bear preserve located on the property. Only drawback for me was lots of stairs but for others that was not a problem. Overall impression:...
