This is a beautiful hotel. it is very nicely appointed. Definitely one of the most comfortable and pleasant hotel we usually frequent. The staff is outstanding. Extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was excellent. The best we had in Aguas calientes. The room was very comfortable. The bed perfect. All very clean throughout the hotel.I'd have no hesitation in...

Just one night was enough. Room was small and smelly with mosquitos everywhere. Good location for bus to Machu Picchu and train station. Breakfast served very early for people to catch early bus. Staff very good but room let them down. Maybe just got unlucky and other rooms better. Wifi did not let you out past their server and shower...

The hotel was okay. The big minuses were: no hot water to the bathroom sink. There was only a single, cold water, tap. (see photo) I don't like shaving in cold water. I've never even seen a hotel room before with no hot water tap on the sink. Secondly, the room lighting was so scant that one cannot distinguish colors....

We were here the day before going to Machu Picchu so we could catch the early bus up, and then we came back to relax. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and ours had a balcony over the street that was fine for relaxing and reading. There is a very good breakfast, served early so you can get off to...

We booked the king bed/jacuzzi tub room after doing the 4-day Inca trail. It was a big, clean, comfortable room with plenty of hot water in the bathroom. We loved soaking in the jacuzzi tub and the chocolates on our bed. The staff was helpful and their English was very good. There was a standard Peruvian buffet breakfast in the...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during our visit to macchu Picchu. The staff was extremely helpful and spoke good English. The rooms are small but nice. Hot water lasted with good water pressure. The AC didn't work very well but it really wasn't needed. Breakfast was good and the television had plenty of channels to watch. (I...

This hotel was perfectly located in a quiet part of town. It is a quick walk to the shuttles to Machu Picchu and has a lot of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and large. They even left chocolate on our bed when we checked in. The hotel is very unique and the staff is incredibly friendly. It also came...

Very friendly and helpful people. Large, comfortable lobby, sitting, and breakfast areas for wifi use. No cars or taxis in town make it a special town. It's a bit of an uphill climb to hotel; lots of shopping along the way though, along quaint streets, but a bit of a challenge if you just returned from climbing Huayna Picchu. No...

Arrived here after a strenuous few days hiking/camping, expecting a good service. It is situated about 15 mins up a very steep hill from the bus/train station / main square. All our stuff was drenched from the rain, but the reception refused to give us an extra heater. They also refused to arrange breakfast for us 15 minutes earlier than...
