This hotel is really nice! The room is amazing, everything is made of wood and we had a bad tub and a shower in the room, which both were really nice. The bed, was one of the better beds we have ever slept in during a holiday. The only downside was, we had to get up really early (03:00) to...

Such a dissatisfied customer here, first rooms 2 and 4 next to the non stop screaming of children and people till 11pm then all starts up again AM . The greatest issue was they promised to take our bags to the train ... our train is leaving 10 min no bags literally had to run up 25 stairs only to...

I had paid for the priciest room, the tree house mountain view loft. Upon check in, we were given a very hard time by the front desk lady. One of our did not have the immigration form from the airport. I''m sure this is a common mistake with tourists and one that they should not exploit the way they do....

This is a quaint, out of the ordinary lodging facility. The lush and quiet surroundings are second to none. They also have a good restaurant there called the Tree House, which is very fitting since this lodging is built on a hillside right among the native trees. The staff at this hotel were friendly and very accommodating, and let us stay...

I changed the dates of our stay as I really wanted to stay in this accommodation. We were collected from the train station, check in was great, the staff absolutely lovely (and that's why I really wanted to give this place a great review). The rooms clean and pleasant, wifi was good, hot water from shower. It was a nice...

If you read through some tripadvisor reviews for hotels in Aguas Calientes, you'll soon realize that nearly everything is overpriced for the level of quality and service received. This is unfortunate, as it means that none of the hotels are trying very hard to treat their customers well as they know that everyone needs to stay in Aguas Calientes in...

Let's be clear about something, this is no 5 stars hotel resort, nor a fancy place! Aguas Calientes and Machu Picchu are expensive, you can look at it whatever way you want to, and it'll keep being expensive no matter what, specially for foreigners, and if you're not from Latin America or don't speak Spanish, they'll try to get even...

The Rupa Wasi is basic accommodation but adequate for a night. If steps worry you this may not be the place for you as access is up a rather steep set of steps. However take it slow and it should not be a concern. We were met at the station by a member of staff who took us to buy...

For the price I'm not impressed. It's nice rooms and friendly service. But the maintenance and the cleaning lacks. It's easy to hear the other guests in the other rooms as well. One little improvement could be done is the signs showing direction to the hotel. It was a bit difficult to find.
