We had the honeymoon suite. It was incredible. You are at the top of the hotel which only has six rooms. It is beautifully constructed cabin in the surrounding jungle atmosphere. Beautiful Inca style stone steps lead you to your wooden private cabin. Very comfortable and cozy. With a bit of a view of machu picchu! Insane. Very satisfied.

This room was the first hotel my friends and I shared after a week of renting apartments in Peru. How fun it was to stay in a tree house on the side of a mountain. The room was clean and the bathroom large. It had PLENTY of toilet paper, which is apparently a commodity here. Victor has been amazing at...

The good: The lodge was like a treehouse - nice rooms and comfy beds. It was located in a quiet part of town close to the main square but just far enough away for a peaceful nights sleep. Breakfast was included and was good. The bad: they advertised that they had hot water and wifi in the rooms but neither...

The hotel seems to be one of the nicest ones in the little town. We were only a little disappointed, because after the Inka Trail we were hoping to hop right into the hot shower, which unfortunately took longer than expected. We waited almost an hour to get hot water. The annoyance could have been avoided if the reception would...

We were impressed from the beginning with a hotel representative greeting us at the train station. While walking us to the hotel she showed us where we would get our bus tickets the next day for MP. Not wanting to wait in lines in the AM, she patiently allowed us to go ahead and purchase our bus tickets. Once to...

Most of our issues with this hotel have to do with our tour company, Cultural Immersion. Do not book with them! The hotel restaurant was closed. We were given no warning about that before we arrived. Rather than breakfast in the restaurant, we were brought cold eggs in our room that were rather bad. It's a bit of a walk...

Ok if you get the chance STAY HERE!!! Ask for the Honeymoon Suite and when you stand on your balcony and look up between the mountains you can see Machu Picchu! This was by far the best room we had (with the exception of the hotel we stayed at in Lima) the entire trip. I LOVED this place. The room...

We did a 3 month honeymoon around South America, and this place was one of its highlights. After a month of Spanish classes and traveling around the coast of Peru, we decided to treat ourselves with a reservation through Rupi Wasi. When we got off of the train, we were warmly welcomed with the beautiful smiling face of our Rupi...

We stayed here overnight while visiting the ruins at Macchu Picchu. The hotel had someone meet us at the train station which was very handy and then we began the short walk to the hotel (note, that last part of this walk is up quite a few stairs!) The check in staff were very courteous and helpful, even calling our...

We were 4 and needed a place to stay one night in aguas calientes. The room was good with an upstairs loft -double bed and 2 twins downstairs. Great view, lots of hot water. Comfortable beds Breakfast was ok, wifi did not work. Staff was friendly & helpful. There was a 3 day power failure when we arrived and loud...
