Lovely hotel in quiet part of Huaraz. This hotel is on a hill above the city offering wonderful views of Cordillera Blanco from balconies. Rooms are large and well equipped. Breakfasts are excellent with an diverse offering of continental foods as well as eggs. Staff is very accommodating.

We spent a few days here each end of a 4 day Santa Cruz Trek. The service was excellent, food was good and we particularly appreciated the bowl of fruit at the end of the Trek. Worth paying the extra for a room with a terrace - wonderful views of Huascaran Mountain to wake up to.

This hotel was our refuge after trekking in the cordillera blanca. It is a very comfortable hotel with good and super clean amenities. The staff is very professional and kind and catered to all our needs. The food is excellent and the massage very welcome. Joachim the manager is particularly efficient.

I stayed at this hotel as part of a group hiking the Cordirella circuit. The staff at this hotel is very welcoming and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you receive whatever help you need and in whatever language. You can easily walk into Huaraz from there. The rooms are spacious and overlook the city and...

We spent a few days here at the beginning and end of a trip into Huascaran National Park. The hotel is quiet and very clean and has nice views of the mountains. The staff is friendly and speaks English. There is a restaurant with a good hearty breakfast and is also open for dinner. It's just a 10 minute walk...

The staff was very kind and helpful. I recommend the room with the fireplace, in standard room it was little bit cold (so we upgraded our room during the stay). The breakfast buffet was quite limited.

A good hotel, clean and well run. Some of the rooms have a beautiful view (but you pay extra). Large room with a smallish desk of you need to work. The bathroom is nice with a large shower stall. An small electric heater allows you to control the room temperature. Breakfast buffet is included, just ask for eggs if you...

Very nice hotel about 10 minute walk up from center of town. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, with patios and excellent views of the city and mountains beyond. Breakfast was included and very good.

CLEAN!!! Same as the 'nice' independent hotels in Europe, right down to the continental breakfast. Very friendly. Decently priced room with a SPECTACULAR view. But any other food (though good) was expensive. My wife (not room service) took a bowl of soup to our room & was charged 5 soles for the spoon! I did not appreciate that!

I checked that I stayed at the Andino in Dec, 2014, but it was much earlier than 2014. I once held the world record for staying at the Andino Club Hotel while I was working on the construction of a near-by project. I was a more or less permanent resident for 18-months and know every item on the menu and...
