We felt very nice there. And staff is really friendly. It is located in the Iasi region full of monasteries. Just next to the hotel are the "Odd poplars", a place described by the Eminescu, a Romanian poet in his same name potry - "Beside the odd poplars".

it has a very nice set up with traditional design. it is children friendly. the food is very good and many options to chose from. the staff is very helpful. location is little remote, however it is worth going. parking might be an issue at times. they offer free WiFi only inside.

Excellent food quality I highly recommend to have a reservation. Is the place to be to taste the romanian food. As a minus is busy and you need to have a reservation and waiting time is long between the food order and serving time .

I felt well in this location. We wanted a nice place were to eat and we found it. There is also a historical monument "plopii fara sot". Waiters were very nice and friendly, they helped us pick up exactly what we wanted to eat. I will go there for sure again, there were few things to eat that I did not...

This is a review only of the restaurant which I recommend. We just ate there. Prices were reasonable (113 Lei for four) with four main courses, three beers, one cognac, two bottles of water, and three salads. Waitresses understood English well enough, but there was English on the menu. Waitresses were polite and quick to take our orders and attend...

The place doesn't stand out in any regard. The food is good and not pricy. The servings not too small, but not too large either. The decor is rustic, with traditional Romanian music for background. Wooden tables and chairs in a historical location in Iasi. Recommended if you're looking for an average Romanian experience at a low price.

I was content about this place becouse is near a very cultural place of Romania, there are some old trees ( over 300 years old) wich was inspired the best romanian writer of romantic poems Eminescu. Hanul Dacilor is really closed about down town, very good food and prices in own restaurant. And yes very kind people in Romania in...

Nice people, nice food, warm rooms. It is a nice place to stay with decent prices. I've had a single problem with the room above the kitchen, you can feel a bit the smell. The other rooms had no problems (i've tried at least 4 rooms last year).
