The rooms are very clean and have everything you can imagine for a 4 star hotel. The managers did everythings we asked them and kept all their promises. The rooms look romantic and they let us take poctures (wedding pictures)

Cute boutique type hotel. Beautiful marble floors and a comfortable but older decor. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and spoke English. The internet works well throughout the hotel and even in the patio. Would not seek this out again, only because they couldn't get the hot water to work in the shower. The location is close to the university...

The hotel is clean and nice. The Internet is good everywhere in the hotel and also outside. And it is not far from the center and around the hotel there's a lot of restaurants where you can go and eat. The people who are working there they are all friendly and helpful. Thanks guys for taking good care of me

Stayed here for 1 night. Arrived at hotel and realised I had forgotten my plug adapter. Guy behind reception was very helpful and offered one that they had in the drawer. Large jacuzzi bath in the room which was appreciated after a long day. Slept well. Breakfast in the morning was a bit of a non-event. I went down and...

We only stayed one night, were looking for an alternative to the "big two" hotels in Ploiesti. Not sure we found it here... Last year we visited the restaurant and asked to be shown a room - the one we got now was quite different from what we saw last year. Everything about the rooms is a bit worn out,...

This is may be 7th time that I stayed at Vigo. Still strongly believe they are the best value hotel in Ploiesti. This is a 4 star hotel that you can stay at 70 eur including breakfast. The rooms are big (vs small rooms of Prahova which is much expensive), clean and very central. If you are looking even at...

if you don't mind that some elements are a bit worn out, you will like the place. Rooms are big, comfortable bed, coffee machine, minibar, safe, dressing-gown, reliable free wifi. Staff totally friendly. Sauna (long >60 min warming up time) and tiny swimming pool in the basement. Don't t expect anything from restaurant in the hotel. Luckily there are at...

The Vigo is a relatively new hotel opened in 2012. It has a stylish reception and nice rooms. Breakfast offered a good selection and overall the hotel was quite good for the price. Downsides were the underfloor heating could not be turned down in the room, so we were boiling throughout the night. Despite the window being wide open the...
