We were showed a room downstairs near the kitchen. Avoid it, small, smelly. Stuffy air. Upstairs we had a big, more expensiveclean room with good and silent AC. Breakvast included, good value for the money. The internet was slow. When I complained, it became faster. They said: because it is at the end of the month. We complain to the...

We stayed here for two nights in March 2017 and the room was quite small and had quite a few insects inside (ie, not the cleanest). Friendly staff and they have bikes fo rent which is helpful. But the hotel is also too expensive compared to other places (in my opinion).

We stayed at the Milano for 2 nights. Clean rooms and amazing service from the whole team. Their terrasse is like a little oasis Plus side : food was really good. Go for the Sri Lankan breakfast instead of the average continental one.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days while visiting the ancient city. On arrival we were given hot face towels and a glass of cordial. The manager and staff were fantastic and organised our 2 trips very efficiently. Our room was clean and comfortable and very quiet as the hotel is off the main road. We ate at the...

We just ate at this hotel as our hotel in the old town didn't sell alcohol . We went there to eat and the food was fantastic and the service was excellent . Had a great night and made our visit to that area as our hotel was not very successful.

Staff very helpful in organizing trips with very reliable and helpful guides, which is not a given. The room was clean, although quite dark, good restaurant at property, good price/quality ratio, all in all a pleasant stay!

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. Booking process was efficient and pleasurable. We got a lovely room with two double beds (and some great thick mattresses). The room was very big and clean. It was a bit dates, but looking at value for money this is an absolute gem. We knew that this was not the Four Seasons, so...

We stayed here for three nights whilst visiting the ancient sites. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. The garden area was beautiful, which is where you can choose to dine. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The wifi is excellent. There were the normal issues of intermittent lack of water but this appears to be a Sri...
