We stayed here with our 3 children, 10 monhts, 4 and 6 years old. We Really loved this place. The location was great, the staff so friendly and the view wonderful. We had everything we needed here. We will come back.

I stayed here with a large group of friends for a weekend and had a pleasant stay. The standard rooms are basic but clean and all we needed for a couple of nights. The location is perfect right on the beach front and a short walk from the night life. The hotel has some loungers which we used on both...

This hotel had the perfect location but the rooms were very dirty and smelled very bad. You could almost taste the moist when sleeping. The prices in the restaurant was ok and the food was ok. Go eat at the small cafe om the opposite side of the street (go left). Their devilled chicken almost have wings 😋 some of...

I have stayed at Ritas on a few occasions over the years and everytime I do he has added a new floor or extended further onto the beach. There are now 38 rooms crammed into the space and its getting too much. The beach restaurant roof fell in this year, maybe the gods are trying to tell you something. On...

We did not stay at this hotel but we stopped there for quick dinner after a six hour drive from Kandy to Unawatuna. The hotel location was great but it was very dirty. I realize we did not stop at a five star hotel but it was filthy, at least the bathroom and the restaurant areas (no paper towels, no...

Hotel is right on the beach - very good location. Rooms are clean, basic but comfortable (towels, hot water .... everything included). We had A/C rooms with "ocean view terrace" which is really breathtaking.

Has all that you need minus character --- wifi, AC, warm shower, close to everything.... Good location. Nice staff. But the restaurant wasn't really functional. Rooms were clean and basic. It is a cheap place to rest.

Situated in the Beach Ritas has its own Restaurant & sunbeds, Recommended for Budget travelers. Staffs are friendly but can be slow in service sometimes. Rooms are average but please bring your own towels & toiletries .

The place is located perfectly on the beach which was why I chose too tay here. The rooms are fairly comfy but could do with a bit of TLC. The room had not been cleaned very thoroughly at all however. Lots of dust and dirt on the surfaces, they looked like they hadn't been cleaned properly in some time. This...
