This is a hotel where people are coming to relax during their holidays. Taking the available space into account, I do not see where you could make a party area without disturbing the guests who are sleeping. If you are looking for a place to party you should go to the island of Ibiza (Spain). I have not seen the General Manager but I do not see what his age has to do with it. Being a Hospitality Consultant myself I think I know what I am talking about.
