We discovered the hotel by chance: beautiful location directly on the sea, all rooms with balcony to the sea, sandy beach and very friendly staff and good food. The hotel organized a day trip for us with car/driver for a very good price: boat trip in the lagoon with numerous animals, turtle farm - very interesting and also a temple visit with German guide on site. Many thanks to the hotel team!

This little hotel is a gem. The owner, Nilantha, and his staff are so friendly and helpful. It is right on it's own private beach and the rooms are basic but very clean. Every room is beach facing and has it's own balcony. The food is fabulous. Great salads and fruit. The fish and curry dinners are amazing. This hotel is an oasis of peace and relaxation and a wonderful base to do day excursions from. Nilantha is very knowledgeable about tours are best and offers very good prices. The sunset are amazing!

The people who work there we're so friendly and nice. When I had a problem they we're there to help me. The room was also very clean! I went to the boattour at the Bentotariver and to the herbalgarden Beruwela. Both I enjoyed a lot! I've seen a lot of animals, like crocodils and monkeys. And I've bought some good natural medicine for some health complaints. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Very friendly personnel, the room was spacious, well-appointed, and very clean, and the breakfast buffet was sumptuous with local and international delicacies. All rooms faced the beach and the lagoon nearby the hotel. As well the hotel has its own luxury vehicles for any kind of trips around Sri Lanka. You can arrange your customized trips with Mr.Nilantha.

We spent amazing ayurvedic massage at Nilantha royal ayurvedic massage centre during our winter holiday week in Kalutara. My sister and i felt revitalised and refreshed after 1,5h aromatic Oil massage. We found The atmosphere relaxing and peaceful. Thank u Nilantha:) thank u Sri Lanka:)

One of the best hotels I stayed on a beach. All the rooms have beach view, literally which is so rare. However, prefer taking top floor for even better sunset view. The room size is relatively large and can easily fit a family with kids. The food is excellent. The best part is the host of the hotel, Mr Nilantha. He is an absolute gentleman who will take extra care for your needs. 5 stars for the view, cleanliness, food and hospitality!

The hotel is very nice, near the ocean, the beach is gorgeous, very clean and quaiet. The room was big, clean and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly, helpfully and everytime happy people! The boss, Nilantha offers you any trip you want and in special Prasanna is very attentive to your needs. The food was very, very good and fresh! Everything was perfect!
