A very nice place with a beautiful garden a nice view to Kandy and the mountains. The owner and his wife are very kind and helped us for organizing a guide for a tour to Knuckles Mountain Range and gave us some tips. We came accidently with friends and there were not enough rooms available. We were offered a private...

The room was booked by phone just before arriving in Kandy in the evening. I was going to stay here for one night but spent six nights due to weather conditions on the island. At the end of my stay, the Master, Mr. Tillek, kindly arranged my transfer to the Yala Park by minivan with an intelligent driver at a...

Clean Guest House on top of a steep hill with great views over the surrounding hills from the large balcony. The elderly couple who run the place are friendly and charming. Breakfast was great. There was decent wifi. The rooms are clean with nice furniture, aircon and mosquito nets. Would go there again.

This Guest is managing from one Army Officer in retreat but very expensive now, in two monthe they increased prices 200% for very bad breakfast, the room isn't clean and we found croqreage behind the main gate, durty in bathroom, never they make the room, and never change any towel in three days. The manager is very unkind and very...

This is one of the biggest lies against us. This person and his wife came here on the 14th June 2014, from the guest house he recommends now which he condemned at that time. Now, he is advising you to go there. That is OK. We, that is Bluehaven and us work together helping each other. His comments are all...

We stayed there just one night, no dinner, just breakfast. After breakfast we were sorry we didn't order dinner there, because the breakfast was delicious and I suppose dinner would be as well. The room was nice and clean, and the owners (older couple) are really nice and hospitable. I highly recommend staying there.

My friend and I stayed here for two nights. It was comfortable enough but a couple of things to note: there's no AC which is a downside for some people, breakfast is not included in the price, and you can only pay in cash. The rooms were, however, clean (although not spotless) and the view was lovely. When we arrived...

Clean hostel, beautiful environment and the owners are very nice and are willing to give you Information about anything. Good value for money! The place is a bit out of town but this was actually all we needed. Make sure you get the scrambled eggs in the morning!

We stayed here after booking last minute online through a booking site. It was an epic wee slog for the tuk tuk to make it up the hill but walking downhill was easy enough and only took about 20min to town. The owner, a retired Naval Officer, and his family were lovely and most welcoming, We arrived at about half...

Now I will start by clarifying further - we did not stay here...we booked but did not stay. I will also preempt that after seeing another negative review that coped a tirade from the hosts I expect the same...and I'm not surprised. We booked for two nights, in a triple bed room. We followed the more positive reviews and were...

This person, supposed to be a senior contributor to TripAdvisor, should have known to have turned up at the Spica after 1200/noon, which is our earliest booking-in time. She turns up with her daughters just when we had finished serving breakfast about 0930 and when we were also bidding farewell to some Chinese guests. This person had the audacity to...
