A very relaxed atmosphere with two pools to keep children entertained. Excellent choice available for all tastes at both breakfast and dinner buffets. The rooms are large and welcoming. This hotel is very popular with big groups. Good view of Sigiriya Rock.

We spent our first three night of a cultural tour of Sri Lanka at this very pleasant hotel. We could not fault this place and were particularly impressed with the friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfasts and lovely rooms. The swimming pool provided welcome relief after our daytime travels. Would recommend without hesitation!

Large, spread out connected rooms and separate bungalows. Two pools. Well presented public areas - lots of space. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was large, clean with a great shower. Food was good. Staff made an effort to fit in with our schedule. Staff were friendly.

Very good place the only problem was their service. The reception was not at all customer friendly they were treating us as a burden. They wanted our cars parked outside and walk to the resort and wanted to keep their car park for foreigners. when checking out the front officer was very rude. Good resorts are spoiled coz their employees....

Stayed for 2 nights as part of a tour which included half board. The staff were all very nice and polite and the pool was a wonderful escape at the end of the day. Plenty of choice from the buffet for both breakfast and dinner. Our room was comfortable although the shower head could be replaced as not much water...

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst exploring the gorgeous natural phenomenon of Sigyria, the fabulous Dambulla Rock Temples and the enigmatic Polunawara. We were so glad that we could return from our magical days to the magical evenings and nights of the Kassapa Lions Rock. Great meals here for both dinner and breakfast and great service. Being serenaded by...

Seegiriya is a important and one of the best places in Sri lanka to visit. Even you paid for the entrance it gives you a true value. Try to be there by 8 am so you can have the best view and can avoid burning sun.

My parents and I had travelled from the Uk and were taken here by my cousin for a lovely meal. We had drinks and canapés by the pool and then had a delicious buffet style 3 course meal. The executive chef was very visible, chatting to guests and chefs were on hand to cook culinary delights to order. There was...

We stayed at this hotel after refusing to stay at the agents hotel of JC Village. This is a very good tourist hotel with bungalows of a very high standard. The restaurant provided a very good buffet all be it with a higher than average cost. Only issue is at night the paths to the bungalows are not that well...

Rooms are spacious and clean with great bathrooms. Take your own hairdryer. Staff welcoming, 2 pools, open late, restaurant and bar pretty good for Sri Lanka. The Ayurveda spa is brilliant, excellent value, nice feel about the place. Highly recommend it.
