I stayed here with my wife for one night. Staff was attentive. We arrived at 13:00 but the room was not ready yet. Staff purpose us to keep our luggage during our lake-tour. When we came back at 19:00, our luggages were in the room. We were in the suit 1B. Great view on the lake. I recommanded it. The...

The hotel is conveniently located at the town center, about 5 min walk from the Tai Chung bus drop off! So for people who takes the High speed Rail, it's very convenient as you can take the bus from Tai chung HSR station to the hotel! The hotel is right by the lake with room has the best lake view....

The staff are very friendly and willing to provide any information you need. Location is very good, just right next to the pier. Check-in time is a bit late, at 3pm, but you can just keep your luggage there and go anywhere for sightseeing.

The view of the lake was fantastic from our room, couldn't ask for any better and get it at a huge discount compared to nearby hotels. Beds weren't super firm, which seems to be common for Taiwan. Location was pretty great, right next to the pier and start of the bike path!

I was so looking forward to this leg of my trip but was a disappointment when i got the room at the 2nd basement. Despite every comment posted here to get the higher floors...but what to do? Indeed the balcony was so close to the pedestrian path that I feel like a monkey in the zoo. There was a staircase...

We had a very nice spacious balcony room which had excellent views right on the lake. It was a bit pricey but I think the whole of sun moon lake is the same. The food at breakfast and in the evening wasn't good (like many places in sml), the evening meal was very expensive too.

Compare to the average price level of a double room with lakeview around Sun Moon Lake, the price of Spa Home can still be considerated as acceptable. It costs you less than USD140 even in the peak summer season. Rooms are equipped with balcony, or french windows, allowing panoramic view of Sun Moon Lake inside the room. It would be...

I had gone alone for a trip to Taiwan and was recommended by my tour guide Donna Chen to stay. She was so right as I got a room on the 5th floor. The room was very large, luxurious, bed was soft, great flat screen TV, Large bath tub and bath accessories from Hermes. All this faded with the super...

We stayed here two nights, we are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. We got a family room on the lower level with a great balcony sitting right near the water. The view was amazin, the highlight of this hotel. The hotel is situated right on the Shuishe Pier so it is very convenient. It not only has...

“Don't be fooled by the name of this hotel. It is a tat far from luxury. Get the bigger room on Level 2. Basement Level is quite small but it has a balcony with nice views. Aircon unit is noisy when at maximum. Bedsheets look old with some slight stains. On agoda, the pics look great. the interior of the room looks great however it is too pricy for what it claims to be - a luxury hotel. However, it has great views from level 2, even the view from the basement is not that bad either. Breakfast is tasty though limited in choice but it seems like this is the way breakfast is served in Taipei in general. Other than that, it's too pricy for what it's worth. However, if location and views are important to you vis-a-vis room comfort level, then go for it. In Sun moon lake, people are limited by choice and the hotels in that area seems to need a refurbishment.”
