The Estate is an amazing find in Delhi. Highly recommended by a traveler who spend about 100 days a year in hotels! We stayed for 10 days in the lead up to Christmas. We arrived very late and they organized the pickup at the airport. In fact they organized just about anything we asked for during our stay, from cars,...

You could not ask for any more, it was the best for everthing. All the staff are great and always want to help you. The food was just yum, yum every day you do not need to eat out just come home and eat. Everything was just first class (Thank-you from the Melmore's)

The Estate was "home from home" it is an oasis of peace after the chaos of New Delhi. Mamta Sharma and her staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, food delightful. It is very near the airport and Mamta arranged a driver in the early hours of Sunday morning when our flight was brought forward 4 hours. Highly recommended...

If you are coming to Delhi for a few days and looking for a quiet place, comfortable, family home with good Indian food it is the place for you. You can go out for tours anywhere in Delhi and in the end of the day relax in the garden over a cup of tea. The landlady - Mamta can help...

We stayed at The Estate on three different occasions as we criss-crossed northern India from mid-February through early March 2010. The location is very good for busy Delhi. It is about 30 minutes from the international airport in the south of the city in a quiet residential compound with a small and attractive garden open to guests . (Guests can...

We warmly recommend this BnB, and don't hesitate to inquire for sight tips etc from the extraordinary helpful and resourceful owner, Mamta. Travellers should be informed that this BnB is inside a gated community. The location was the only thing that stopped us from giving the highest rate. We felt a bit too far away from Indian life. But with...

A friend and I stayed at The Estate for nearly a week for sightseeing around Delhi, as well as day trips to Jaipur and Agra. We stayed in the room called "Champa", which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. My friend stayed an additional night in the room called "Nargis" after my departure. The hotel was relatively quiet, especially considering the...

We stayed just for part of an evening and night during our last night in Delhi on our way back home. We had young children and were looking for a place to stay and put the kids to sleep etc. before heading to the airport at 11:00 p.m. We actually stayed at a sister location, 30 mins. from Indira Gandhi...

We stayed 3 nights at the Estate. The decor and furnishings are beautiful and the garden has swinging seats. We were made welcome and a driver was made available for the trips that we needed. The food was excellent and the bedrooms very comfortable. It is very handy for the airport but a long drive to central Delhi locations.

“The Chameli Suite is a favourite, but so also is the ground floor room at the end of the verandah....all of them are wonderful, to be honest, but those two are my favourites. But I'm looking fwd to the next trip, and staying in the rooftop room....in winter it is a delightfully sunny spot; in summer, a quiet retreat....”
