Very bad customer care. They staff were very rude. Staff dont even smile like its gonna cost them a penny. Never going there again. We were cheated by the travel agent in the hotel making a flight booking. Never ever go there

This hotel is centrally located and the rooms were comfortable and tidy, though the bathroom specifically could have been cleaner. The buffet breakfast was just okay. We had a couple of experiences with the staff that struck us as odd. One staff member walked into our room to give us the laundry, and then stood there until we found money...

Clean hotel with a lift for a change. Large room but bathroom a bit tired but still ok. Wifi worked well but had to get new password from reception every 24 hours. Breakfast was good and different every day. Free airport pickup a bonus (you paid for airport parking, cost us 80 rupees). A trip to airport from hotel 500...

Nice clean hotel although the hot water was on and off. Big room. Restaurant on roof was okay, basic but cheap. Staff were mostly friendly. Only downside was the area - it's actually the red light district! Which we did not know when booking. We didn't want to go out after dark. Overall a nice hotel. You get what you...

This was the worst hotel we stayed in on holiday in India. It was also the cheapest. The old saying you get what you pay for is very true here. Its located in a very central part of New Delhi but also in a very run down part of the city. The rooms were not clean and there is no way I would use...

Got bumped here by the YMCA who didn't honor our booking. Initially annoyed because I didn't want to stay on Arakashan Road. However the Krishna was good. I have stayed at other hotels on this street and this is the best so far. The amenities are good - the rooms are in generally good condition - some wear and tear...

It was last night in India after our great 3 weeks trip. We wanted to stay in some more expensive hotel than usually to have comfort overnight stay before 8 hrs flight. Unfortunately karma didn't work for us this time. The hotel was awful. - The Price vs Service and Comfort is very poor. Too high price for such a...

Typical "indian" hotel for this price range. Location central but in a busy street with mainly only hotels. Hot water ok, bedding ok, breakfast just ok, noisy on first floor at night (avoid this floor if possible), nice staff

Really good place to stay in Dehli, close to New Dehli railway station, good little restaurants on the street, ask for a quiet room at the back, you might have to pay more but it's worth it!! The staff were really helpful!
