I had been to Amaaya five years ago. Back then I had left a great review as I really enjoyed the stay. As I liked the place and the neighborhood I decided to stay again and reserved a room more than three month before arrival. Our early arrival time was confirmed as well. On the day of arrival, after a...

Was sorry to read your review!! Because firstly we are truly sorry for putting you through this experience. Sorry also because the circumstances that lead to this (for the first time ever!) were unprecedented.. I was not on vacation, but that's not the issue. We are glad you had a positive stay with us the first time, and my staff...

We had arrived to Delhi at midnight and had a train to Agra from Nizamudin station. This place was very convenient, clean, comfortable. They send someone to pick us up at the airport and make sure we had a good night. Ladies were very kind. We couldn't have breakfast because of lack of time but they gave us coffee and...

I was referred to Amaaya's guesthouse through a friend ... and after I arrived, I was immediately treated like a welcome guest in a beautiful, upscale home! I was so thankful to find a little oasis of peace in a very chaotic city and Rouma's hospitality made my stay very special. I also found the food aaaaamazing ... I'm not...

I had been in rural India for a challenging, 3-week long work trip before arriving at Rouma's, where I left, 3 days later feeling peaceful and rejuvenated. I arrived at 11 pm and Rouma was kind enough stay up to greet me. In the morning, Rouma's helper, Sylvia, prepared a delicious breakfast that I enjoyed in the serene living room...

The taxi pick up arranged for me by Rouma was 2 hours late, although I was assured he was waiting "outside" gate 6, he wasn't, if I had not had an Indian mobile phone to use I would have been stranded. Rouma's fairly strict house rules made it difficult to relax. It was noisy, and uncomfortable. She charges 500 rupees/£5...

Thanks Jessica for your unkind review!! You made a confirmed booking with me for two weeks of your own free will. You turned out to be the TYPICAL SPOILT RICH designer that fortunately we have not had the bad luck to host! You walked out after 3 nights, with hardly any compensation for a two week confirmed booking! I'm sorry...

I have enjoyed staying at Amaaya, the kindness and easiness of the people were very precious in that hectic Delhi where i staid a few days only. Rouma is a very reliable and nice host. The place is beautiful, very safe and clean, especially great for people (women) traveling alone.

We stayed one night at Amaaya and we really recommend this very nice bed and breakfast. The home and rooms are spotless and beautifully decorated. We were really well received with a tchai and a lot of tipps on Dehli by the owner Rouma. The breakfast was good. There is a very cute terrasse with plants and flowers where it...

We stayed three times over a 6 week visit to India and Rouma was the most accommodating and helpful host. The flat and room itself are lovely and it could not be better positioned. We stayed at Amaaya for 3 nights in late December after our booking at Eleven was cancelled a few days prior to us arriving. We enjoyed the hospitality of our host, Rouma, who took excellent care of us. The rooms were a little cool in winter with the stone floors, but it was even better that way because we were...
