Worst to worst rooms with smells of rat
The person in reception doesnt have courtesy to show the room before assigning the room asking all of them to wait till he completes all his formalities. The room is worst one of the worst I ever stayed. I had to call Goibibo and get it changed the same night as getting all sorts of smell rotten rat and dampness smell .

Don't go there
It was bad. My mistake to go to this place. It was beyond filthy. It was never been cleaned. The toilet and shower was moldy. It was dirtier than toilets of the road. I took some pictures just look and judge for yourself. We got this place to rest a day before we run to the airport. It was a huge mistake. Only thing i could do was sit on the bed and touch nothing. Outside hotel was trash place, stinky of trash and other bad things. The location is bad. At night there were people all around sleeping. We saw some with huge knives. It is a bazar area and people sleep during night. All are men. It is a bad area, dont go.

Worst experience ever
Located near karol bagh market which was convenient. But No in house restaurant. The most worried part is , drunken staff . I don't know how management allow this???? Otherwise it is a nice budget hotel. I hope surely management will look into this.

Room was relatively clean, WiFi a bit temperamental. Really enjoyed the roof terrace, as female travellers we were able to sit outside without being hassled - something we had been unable to do anywhere else! Complimentary food on arrival was unexpected and a bonus, and breakfast was also very good. Staff also arranged a taxi to the airport for us which worked well. Would recommend for those in this area.

This hotel is located near karol bhag market where many south Indians live in delhi. They have good room service. you can find many south indian restaurants and shops for dressing. they provide you a good plesant stay.

To whom it may concern, I work for an italian Packaging company as a Foreign Market Analyst. From the 16th to the 20th of April, I will be conducting a market research in Delhi (about the packaging for sanitary napkins and diapers) and I would like to know whether or not you have a storage room where I could store the research samples. In addition, I would like to know whether or not I can pre-send to my name the folded cardboard boxes (that I will use to ship the samples to Italy) in your hotel, in order to have them ready by the time I arrive. Also i wold like to know if your hotel does offer a car rental service + driver and what would be the rates for those dates (16-20/04/17)
