We arrived at the hotel after a long flight from Paris and our first journey through Indian traffic! Our welcome was delightful, our room spacious, comfortable and very clean. Being a heritage hotel it was built in colonial style and fitted with the trappings of the Raj....style and grace. The food in the Curzon restaurant was tons better than the...

This hotel should be splendid but it misses the mark. The public rooms are pokey and no comfortable loung/bar to relax in. The main problem is that there are no proper windows in the bedroom so the air con is on all night. The sealed bedroom window looks out over a sealed corridors (which I'm sure when it was built...

This is a lovely looking heritage hotel but promises more than it delivers. The public rooms are very pokey - you would expect a lovely comfortable lounge bar area to relax in but all they have is a small windowless bar and a reception area with frightful musac drilling through your brain. A huge amount of downstairs space was wasted...

We chose this hotel as we enjoy historical hotels and this hotel dates from circa 1903, our corner suite was simply enormous with a very generous living room and a separate large bedroom and a palatial bathroom. We had at least four windows in our suite so it was incredibly bright though other suites are much darker as one of...

There are two "iconic heritage" comparable luxury hotel for me in Delhi. One is the imperial, another is Maidensl which had been managed by Oberoi years ago. Both of them were similar level at room rate, but now it is more affordable to stay in Maidens. Actually, the imperial and Maiden are not in a same scale. but both are...

stayed here for 3 nights as we toured the Golden Triangle (1 night on 3 separate occasions) and were warmly welcomed back each time. Staff are wonderful with friendly efficient service so it felt like coming home after our first night. Rooms are huge, spotlessly clean and have enormous comfortable beds. Used only the Garden Restaurant to eat, 2 buffet...

Wonderful hotels are rarely about just the decor, or the food, or the comfort of the rooms, beds etc. Even though Maidens offers the best of all these things, the most valuable thing that they offer a traveller is their attention to detail and the unfailing kindness, professionalism and friendliness of their staff. Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou to everyone at Maidens...

Great staff, clean and luxurious rooms. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Maidens Hotel in New Delhi and would suggest it for those visiting India for the first time. The security to enter the premises and the hotel made us feel very safe.
