Staff were dishonest and tried to have us pay our bill several times. Get a receipt after you have paid, online or if at the front desk insist on one after any payment. Tile floors sticky through the whole hotel because they cook in the lobby with no extraction. Walls and headboards need a good clean. They didn't take visa...

To start with the images on across all websites were misleading as the entrance is via a small corridor between shops, the hotel is a shopping center reconstructed with the reception below ground level. The entire setup at the entrance was bad, Having checked into one of the rooms, the mattress were sloppy with no complimentary water, tea or coffee...

Hotel City Heights has a good location on the main bazaar close to New Delhi station and restaurants. Unfortunately the hotel doesn't look quite like the photos on booking.com - the rooms are a little run down and there were stains on the bedding. However, the staff were very helpful when I wanted to change rooms to get better wifi...

The rooms are big and clean.. the restaurant is spacious..wifi is weak, ac is strong..a slightly cleaner wash rooms would make this place an ideal place for stay at an...

The photos for Hotel City Heights make the hotel look like a lovely place to stay. However, I stayed there at the end of May 2016 and found it to be incredibly dirty; the sheets were dirty, the duvet was kept in a cupboard but I didn't dare use it. The power frequently went out so the air conditioning didn't...

Typical Indian hotel - very, very average... Online pictures do make the hotel look much nicer than it actually is. Booked this for two nights. Rooms were bare and sheets dirty. When we arrived they kept having " power cuts" so meant there was no air conditioning for the first night... All other electricity worked though so it can't have...

Did not get the room despite confirmed booking. Reception just said sorry and we were left speechless. Hopeless hotel, please book at your own risk We had done our booking via Booking.com and despite our booking number and pin , reception did not give room and was quite rude. We checked @ hari piorko which is somewhat ok.. Not worth...
