First of all, the rooms were spacious enough and as I was staying in the Business-Class room and I had a peaceful stay. The staffs were kind and really helpful just a phone call away. The housekeeping staff did their job perfectly. I had two really nice housekeeping staff Akhil and Jai who made my room done nicely and very comfortable during my absence and diligently worked well so that I like it every day. And the managing staff Neeraj was always keen to know how the staff is working and helping me to arrange anything I need at any point of time. As I was from a different state and had to stay here for a very long time it was just like a homestay with happy people around.
Secondly, the food quality is really nice. They do make changes according to your taste buds and portion sizes without questioning. They are in a central location with lots of people around still manage to serve the guests brilliantly.
Lastly, I'll say the Managers are really helpful and friendly created a zone where we can reach them anytime. They do make our stay more comfortable by reaching out to us. Such as Harshvardhan Mishra was handling everything during my stay. So I'll conclude he's one of the reasons for my calm and amazing stay. I will recommend others who actually want a nice stay with good staff. This is the place you are looking for.

The stay planned for me is for 22 days for covid duty as provided by government of india nd rml hospital delhi the rooms are very comfortable nd cozy the staff is good and helpful the rooms are well cleaned nd has a great balcony which is rarely found all across delhi the staff of housekeeping mr neeraj and mr.paras are highly professional in their work ethic.
The food quality is awesome specially of breakfast nd dinner in the kabab factory. Overall i liked my stay here nd looking for future stays too.

I was here for delhi visit and my visa keeping in mind the distance of the hotel from the consulates we chose Radisson and I’m happy that we chose them.
The rooms we stayed in were business class and they maintained hygiene and took care of every detail that we have requested for.. the house keeping and the front desk staff were always responsive and well behaved

1.fifty9 - we came here for our dinner on the first day of our hotel stay and the food was amazing right from flavours to quantity we were happy with all of the items that we ordered apart from this I should definitely be talking about Pushpendra and his team who were incharge of the restraunt during our stay they were really caring… Pushpendra especially was always taking care of even the littlest details all the customers were asking for and he was also taking feedback in whatever way it was coming
The team also surprised us on mother’s day with thier sweet gesture
We had our breakfast here during our stay and the spread is something that one should never miss out on… every dish served is good in taste and hygiene
Overall i would give a 100/10 for pushpendra and his team along with the restraunt
The second restraunt was The connaught which I didn’t get to visit it looks classy from the outside

We hosted the party in Banquet Fifty9, and in one line I would not advise anyone to choose this venue for their party.
They could not even handle a party of 50 people. The optimal temperature was not maintained due to which some guests were sweating, while others at times felt cold.
The servers managed to botch up the cake and we had to tell them how to cut it up and serve it. The serving plates were not up to the mark.
Once the dinner service began they just wanted to stick to the food section and did not bother serving the guests, even when the staff was being called upon.
They managed to serve coffee in a variety of cutlery, beginning from small cups, to tall cups, and ultimately disposables. They served the groom and bride and the guests coffee in disposables.
The two stars I am giving you is for the decorator only, Sunehari Events. That guy did his job nicely.
Oh, and on top of it, one of your employees had the audacity to ask us for a good review even though things went terribly.
Where does one go from here Radisson Blu? You managed to embarrass us in front of our guests.

I had an opportunity to stay in the hotel during the COVID-19 as part of inescapable official tour for around two weeks. Hotel Marina Radisson Connaught Place is the best n excellent property . Having got the opportunity of being at top prime location is very popular among Domestic and International tourists. Always jam packed and popular business Hub among Corporate Class who prefer this property since this has come under Radisson Group Umbrella. Myself Pradeep Sood visited this property on 1st March 2021 till 2nd March and got all the amenities n luxury they are providing their guests during their stay. Each and everything is perfect for Dear Guests. Really very very nice n decent staff . I would like to appreciate Mam SUSHMITA from Front Desk or Check in / out desk who guided me a lot n regard n respect me n gave me all the facilities under my room tariff which I was unknown for that. 👍 for Sushmita Mam. Restro Fifty 9 has got da huge space to dine in and serving best cuisine under excellent chefs. I would praise n thank Mam KRISHNA from Fifty 9 whose remarkable n unforgetable contributions during my dining at dinner n breakfast. She is da best n would remain . 👍for her. Security Men DINESH ji n Shower Ali ji are doing their daily hard n tough home work with dedications n devotions towards this group n spreading smiles among Guests. I planned my parents 25th anniversary at the venue and to be honest it was one the best decision. The food and decor was amazing. Even in this pandemic time Mr.Vivek(event manager) and Mr.Deepak took care of every guidelines and proper sanitization being done at fixed interval.

Visited Delhi for an emergency so the location was important to us. That is about the only good thing that can be said about this hotel. It’s all bad from there. This experience left me never wanting to try a Radisson again!
First, this is definitely not a 5 star hotel, at best it is a 2 star hotel. The rooms are in bad shape, and in need of repair and TLC. To make matters worse, the cleaning crew does a terrible job with housekeeping. Even after reporting the cleaning issue to the front desk manager, the crew only actually bothered to clean the room only once. They just make the bed and tidy up a bit, that is the extent of their housekeeping service. The food is poor quality. The breakfast was poor quality as well, more of a motel style breakfast than what you’d expect specially for the price that is charged or the stars the hotel claims. The bathroom is where things get worse. The sink was clogged and the water from the sink smelled like sewage water and the shower area looked like it had never been cleaned. In fact I’m the business class section, through the entire hallway, it smelled like sewage all the time for the 2 weeks we were there.
The pictures here of the hotel and the rooms are very misleading. And the hotel staff as well as the Radisson team must not care, you get the same response in person or as replies to reviews here, just lip service but no change in the service.
Save yourself the trouble and book a different place, there are many better hotels in CP with much better service for the same price range. We changed our reservation and moved to a different hotel, where the hotel services, ambience and experience matched the price as well as our expectations.

Even after reporting the cleaning issue to the front desk manager, the crew only actually bothered to clean the room only once. They just make the bed and tidy up a bit, that is the extent of their housekeeping service. The food is poor quality. The breakfast was poor quality as well, more of a motel style breakfast than what you’d expect specially for the price that is charged or the stars the hotel claims. The bathroom is where things get worse. The sink was clogged and the water from the sink smelled like sewage water and the shower area looked like it had never been cleaned. In fact I’m the business class section, through the entire hallway, it smelled like sewage all the time for the 2 weeks we were there.
The pictures here of the hotel and the rooms are very misleading. And the hotel staff as well as the Radisson team must not care, you get the same response in person or as replies to reviews here, just lip service but no change in the service.
Save yourself the trouble and book a different place, there are many better hotels in CP with much better service for the same price range. We changed our reservation and moved to a different hotel, where the hotel services, ambience and experience matched the price as well as our expectations.

As per our records, your room was cleaned on all days apart from the days when it was on privacy mode (Do-not disturb). Regarding breakfast, we serve breakfast as per the standard and ensure to meet every guest's need, in fact, we always prepare guest choice breakfast on special request. We sincerely regret that the breakfast served did not meet your expectations. Regarding the smell in the corridor and in washbasin sink in bathroom, we have immediately started the investigation as we take feedbacks on extreme priority and seriously. We at Radisson Blu Marina are committed as a team to ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering the brand promise. Request you to please note that these problems were a true exception to our normal practices. All our efforts are concentrated on preventing future occurrences. Hotel has several floors - but there is a lift serving from ground floor up. Not sure whereabouts in the hotel the superior room locations are, we stayed in a junior suite which was just up from Reception amongst the business class rooms, and we also stayed in the room with a balcony
Yes, the bedroom and bathroom are separated by a glass door. My recommendation is that you stay somewhere else. Very small and outdated rooms. Please see my review and pictures. Safe travels
