Stayed here during Commonwealth Games, the hotel didn't have email when i stayed so I wasn't able to make use of their free airport pick up offer. On arrival they couldn't find my reservations, we were promptly given a key anyway and shown to our room. The room on initial inspection looked nice, however after we noticed the beds were...

I booked this hotel online through another website. They didn't know anything about it themsselves and the photos looked very promising. I also reserved a taxi to pick me up from the airport which was coplimentary. The taxi did not show up and I had to arrange my own transportation - not fun for an India first-timer. When I got...

One of the good thing about the hotel is that it is very near to New Delhi Railway Station. The rooms are quite well off and the rates are also reasonable. The food is not at all good.

This hotel is awful. The photos on the website of this hotel are a complete fabrication. It is NOT recently refurbished in fact it is filthy, disgustingly so. The furniture is so old it's falling to pieces. The bedding is dirty and stained. We immediately moved to another hotel. They also messed up the airport pick-up & we got our...

The hole package was a big disappointment, even after I spent one month in India. My airport pick up, arranged by the Ashiana Hotel took me finally more than 3 hours with the most terrible and aggressive, bad mannered driver. At the check in they were not first able to find my reservation even though I had e-mailed them in...

Stayed for 3 nights at the end of September and beginning of October 2008. We stayed in double. Our opinion: overpriced and not worth your money. We had room on ground floor and it was quite noisy as all the sounds from reception and kitchen came in. The staff was friendly, despite the fact that upon arrival we expierenced problems...
