Value for money

Hotel is located near main market. Transportation easily available from outside the hotel. Room was very well equipped with modern furniture. Breakfast was good. Free Wi-Fi was available with high speed . It was worth what I paid

Excellent in their standard

Booked this hotel for 2 nights. On our arrival till departure we had no problem at all. The Sunstar Heritage is well located hotel, with excellent staff and also managed well. Hospitality is great here and the staff is always there for any help. The rooms are large, very well designed and confortable. Breakfast was great as per their standard and charges. We knew that they can not match a 5 star hotel. Hotel had a good Wifi speed.

We booked this hotel for a night. It's equiped & maintained well. Service is good, staffs are cooperative. Location is perfect for make shopping. It's also better for Delhi visit, because of it's location position.

Booked this hotel to attend a wedding function in Delhi . Location was very suitable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. Room was spacious and clean. Well decorated. Breakfast was good with plenty of options

Well located and Excellent staff

Had a 3 day booking in this hotel for our arrival and departure as we had a 15 day private tour in Rajasthan. The Sunstar is a very nice place and well located hotel, run by excellent staff. Their hospitality is just great and, always there for anything. The rooms are big, very clean, and confortable with a good Wifi connexion. We were on B&B and the breakfast was served on the rooftop restaurant. It was a buffet, with lots of local dishes and Continental breakfast. We had the local : "Idli", "Sambar" with a tasty "Masala omelette". In the evening ! Did some walking around in this area as the markets are just very near to the hotel. Bought fruits and locals sweets that are delicious. Had diner twice in a small local restaurant and tasted some fine and very spicy "Masala Dosa" for just 110 Indian Rupees. The only thing that I did not like was one room (N° 203) without windows. We had this room for our departure. But I forget this. It was not a big problem for us, as we were out the whole day. Our normal "checkout" time was 10:30 AM but they let us stay till 08:00 PM. So thanks to them all and Lucky from "Drivers-India" Hope to be there again in 2020…

Hi, We don't have any smoking rooms in the hotel but we do allow smoking on the open air terrace.

To whom it may concern, I work for an italian Packaging company as a Foreign Market Analyst. From the 16th to the 20th of April, I will be conducting a market research in Delhi (about the packaging for sanitary napkins and diapers) and I would like to know whether or not you have a storage room where I could store the research samples. In addition, I would like to know whether or not I can pre-send to my name the folded cardboard boxes (that I will use to ship the samples to Italy) in your hotel, in order to have them ready by the time I arrive. Also i wold like to know if your hotel does offer a car rental service + driver and what would be the rates for those dates (16-20/04/17)
