Location- perfect. But a trap :). Staff were surly and took advantage. I was clearly not well, and they charged me too rates for a poor room. No negotiation. Room was mediocre at best, wifi never worked. They were simply out to get every penny. They did order me a taxi but didn't tell me i could have asked for...

Such a bad experience the staff are so rude that you feel as if you are staying in a free govt lodging the so called buffet is just leftovers of what people ordered ala carte The manager is served first while the guests don't even get water served on their tables. the airport transportation is at the whims and fancies...

i got dumped in this hotel due to my airline rescheduling. Horrible management, poor cleanliness in bathrooms, rude staff. They call themselves 3 star, how on earth thats possible. The lights in my room has been flickring from past day and after reporting thrice no one even cared to fix it. Stay away from this hotel

Hmmmm. The biggest advantage of this hotel for travellers is that it's near the airport but there are others (international chain) closer and the Radisson is a couple of blocks away. The rooms are not that bad but sometimes there is a bit of an unpleasant smell, the water may well not be hot and if a bulb burns out...

Hotel was very good until check out. When time for checkout, desk clerk refused to take credit card for bill. Took card for checkin. Demanded Rupees. I had insufficient rupees, when offered USD she exchanged at a 10% discount from the low rate given at Airport. Hotel taxi charged twice as much for trip to Airport as I paid for...

The hotel is not very clean, the shower didn't work well and the bath tub was clogged. I called the housekeeping and all they did was fiddling for a couple of minutes without actually fixing it. Way too expensive for the price I paid.

Room was good, never asked for a extra bed but they still put one and charged me also for that. Charged me 75Rs for a bottle of water. Pathetic, thieves. I was travelling with my wife and small kids, just a overnight stay as we had a international flight back to Delhi. Room smelled as if it has not been...
