I really wanted a hotel with a pool and this certainly ticked the box. The property appears to be a lovely country club / spa with a very average hotel attached.
The hotel is clean but a bit shabby in places. Expedia booked me a "boutique single" which showed me many pictures of a small-ish double bed. In the end I got two single beds which wasn't the end of the world.
The Wifi in the room is poor though much better in the public areas. All rooms are on one side with the corridor being galleried right down to the lounge and bar. This is a major issue for noise and in fact the suites are most exposed to this.
The breakfast was OK, the staff a bit laid back. The hot water was rather erratic.
But the pool and garden were lovely; a massage was good and good value. I have some experience of other much more expensive hotels in the airport area and this one does offer much more value for money at about half the price of a five star.

Thought I stay frequently at Waterstones. But this time I was bit worried because of covid situation. After a long gap of 7 months, I was out for work and so on tour, decided to stay at Waterstones as appointed by company.
They are really doing wonderful job of taking care of guests who are staying hotel. Within no time my tensions about the hygiene was gone. The front desk staffs were very attentive and took care of my every need. The room service for food was also very hygienic. The staffs were very helpful.
The hotel didn't have the regular hustle bustle due to the pandemic. Hope that the situation becomes normal early.
Planning to visit again after this pandemic.

Visited this place on 31 December 2020 along with my friends. We had booked for a triple occupancy well in advance however, on the day of check-in when I spoke to Mr Omkar Dalvi at the front desk for the same he told me that the extra bed is not available. Later when I informed him that I have already paid for the same he then arranged for a mattress which was placed directly on the floor. Also while I was facing an issue with the phone charger, I asked the same if they had a spare charger or a place where I could charge my phone, to which again his answer was no. The person was not at all helpful. Later while we were downstairs I spoke to the duty manager about the same and he told me that the charger is available at the front desk. So I went back and asked about the same to another person available at the front desk named was Mr Omkar Manohar, to which he immediately asked me for the phone and put in on charge as well as noted down my room number in case I forgot to collect it back. Mr Omkar Manohar was very helpful and had a pleasant personality which made it easier for us to approach him for any issues that were faced during our stay. KUDOS to him, keep up the good work and thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

Upon our arrival we had to wait for atleast 30 min for a room which i didn't mind given the current situation. We ordered food to the rooms which was fine. We went for dinner at 9pm to their restaurant. We were seated immediately post which we were attended to by the staff. We were then informed that as part of the package we can order 1 thing from the below options. 1. A burger, 2. A portion of pasta, 3. A portion of Biryani, 4. A preset meal of dal, rice, roti and curry. The waiter went on to tell us that the only available curry options are either veg curry or fish. After a lil debate they agreed to give me a chicken curry instead. We were informed that the food would take about 15 to 20 min which is a decent amount of time for preparation. However the food only came in by 9:45pm. And finally after multiple reminders to the waiter we were finally served water after 10pm after having to call for the restaurant manager.
1 litre of water was provided in the room and anything more was chargable @140rs a bottle of water.
Overall pathetic service though their website mentions 5 star service hotel.

Arrived early and was told by the reception that my checkin will be done by 9.00 am later after night shift left,the Morning shift had no handover.The receptionist Renold or Resnold (not sure about the name) was most arrogant and full of bad attitude.
Observations:
1) No welcoming attitude.
2) The receptionist was using swearing words (very low volume) when he was not able to rectify something in the PMS.He was literally banging the desk with anger.
3) The design of the floors are very strange and had to walk long to reach my room. Very inconvenient during rushing for work.
4) Receptionists were making new keys instead of making a duplicate key when asked to check if its active or not. Again had to walk long for making a new key from the reception.
5) No House phones on the extreme side of the floors thus had to walk all the way to the reception or call the hotel number from my mobile.
6) Breakfast was awesome.
7) F&B staffs were all excellent.
8) Chef on the live counter was very efficient and polite.
9) Upon checkin receptionist Renold or Resnold did not brief anything abo ut the hotel facilities and services.
10) While i was waiting for my checkin to happen,many guests asked the receptionist about the Breakfast area.It shows they are not used to brief the guests about the hotel services.
11) Its very strange that inhouse guests of Waterstones Hoteldo not get access to swimming pool or Gym,as those facilities belong to Waterstones Club.
12) Concierge was very polite and efficient.
13) The Floor of the room is made of transparent glass tiles,with AC ON the floor and the room was very very cold.
14) Room was very neat and clean. Very specious.
15) Not sure if Wifi is free or not,as no one informed about it nor anyone gave me any wifi access code.Thus used my modile data.
16) Ola Uber Auto easily available from the hotel.

I stayed with my family during this pandemic trust the way this hote is handling the food preparations and housekeeping cleaning is just awesome. Staff seems to be well prepared and alert all the time. I felt safe first time ever in my life . God bless to all the staff

We had stayed there for a staycation after a tiring week. Firstly the hotel took 30 mins for the check in, when i had asked for a mask when my mask broke they did not give me a mask for the entire stay. No one was wearing a mask in the hotel and the management was very casual about the same. After this bad experience we were looking forward for the breakfast buffet. Upon reaching the restaurant the food & beverage assistant mentioned that we had to wait for a table which we were absolutely okay with but after waiting for 30 mins we had to take a table ourselves as they forgot about the same. The spread of the buffet was pathetic. No Bakery Items was available. Overall i will never go back to the hotel as it was a very very bad experience for us

Best in class hotel and services I planned a surprise stay and proposals for my GF it was the best experience they have a dedicated proposal glass room with a stunning view of the pool and garden it looks amazing one of the best places in Mumbai to plan a proposal or romantic dinner. The hotel staff was very cooperative they helped a lot in planning and deco of my surprise proposal they kept everything ready on time and when my GF saw she loved it. It was a dream proposal for her it felt like a dream. One of the best hotel food, staff, rooms everything was just perfect and felt very luxurious also special thanks to hotel manager Faizan who help a lot to make sure everything goes as per plan and in budget. It was the best day and experience for both of us we will remember it for a lifetime.

Stayed in the hotel from Feb 10 to March 4 .The long stay was due to quarantine before entering job in Singapore
That being said it was not allowed to leave the room for the 23 days of continuous stay.
I must say that the room was very spacious , with great colour combination and-beautiful design.Thanks to this or else it could have been too tiresome for me
The food was delivered in the room and it was tasty as well as healthy and the delivery staff were well mannered , courteous,helpful and always compliant to the required covid protocol
The staff were really prompt in getting some of my request for some stationaries and other personal effects as the stay was really long and I ran short of many things towards the middle of my stay.A special thanks to Mr Akshay Pattil for his promptness and helpfulness
From the room I had a good view of the property and they have a lagoon with a walkway within the property which was looking really beautiful and I recommend this property to all and personally look forward to come back here

I must say that it is nice amazing hotel with amazing staff, specially reception staff was amazing they were on toes to assist me for my concerns and very politely.
I would recommend one must stay in this hotel if you are planning for a peaceful weekend gate away within Mumbai or if you are traveling from somewhere it is very close to airport.
Overall I am impressed with the reception staff and location.
