We stayed in this hotel three days in Jaipur, we loved it. Impeccable all rooms, bathrooms, restaurant, common areas. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, clean sheets which in India is much appreciated. Very friendly and helpful staff, helped us with everything and made every effort to communicate effectively. In addition all staff are dressed as palace which is...

We had a pleasant day at this fine hotel. We were accomodated at short notice as we had preponed our visit to Jaipur.Believe you me this is a fine hotel!tastefully decorated with Rajasthani motifs and extremely elegant interiors. The presence of a courtyard lends a pleasant regal air to the property. The staff were more than helpful they were pro-active in making us...

We spend 5 nights at this lovely property over the New Years Eve period of December 2014 and January 2015. During this time we met the owners on and off as we had meals or were preparing to leave or depart the hotel for the day. They were very welcoming and helpful to any of our queries and made our...

One of our party was electrocuted and no one cared. The hotel is shabby and rundown. The stair banister is held on by Spakfilla. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. buffet meals were all vegetarian with no western options.

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a tour group. Not sure how this hotel got a Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence! It certainly does not meet the standards. It may be heritage but badly needs maintenance. The handrail up the stairs was broken and the next day it was just tied with rope to secure it. No...

We stayed as part of a small group private tour and were made very welcome. As well as us being able to take over the courtyard each evening for a lovely dinner meeting some other guests too, the hotel staff joined us on the roof on our final morning to teach us to fly kites which put the finishing touch...

This hotel was very substandard. Looks ok when you arrive at the hotel but as time goes on, the issues start to arise. First thing to note, location is really bad as it is in a residential area, so there is nothing nearby. You have to eat in the hotel restaurant if you have not eaten prior to arriving as...

Our hosts, KV and Rudhani Singh, were very hospitable and fun. Nothing was too much trouble for them to accommodate our requests. The food was wholesome - very nice Marsala Tea. The staff were helpful and attentive. New Years Eve celebrations were the best we had experienced in many years, with singing, dancing, puppet show, good food and wine, lots...

The hotel is very appealing on arrival with lovely seating areas in the courtyard and balconies, unfortunately it was too cold in January to use them, but I imagine it's lovely when warm. The reception staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly and always available and willing to help. The water temperature in the showers was difficult to adjust...
