We really enjoyed our stay here as did the other 38 people on our tour. The hotel is stunning, the decor is beautiful. Our meals were very nice and plenty of choice. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to their travellers. The staff were very nice also.

We were booked into this quirky Riad style hotel on a tour for 3 nights and were given a large room in the new section of the building. Alas the window looked straight onto a shanty tent which was 5 meters away perched on another roof top - so we had to have our curtains permanently closed as the poor...

Shahpura House was exactly what we'd hoped for in terms of a heritage hotel. Modern enough to have all the luxuries we wanted, but old and quant enough to get the experience of a traditional hotel. It's a shame the staff let it down. I know we're in India, and the staff needn't speak any other language than Hindi, but...

The hotel is very beautiful but it's quite loud at night. You can hear the street. There is a buffet dinner but also an a la Carte Indian restaurant which we just found by accident- would have preferred this for the first night as well.

It really is difficult to decide whether one is in a hotel or a palace. The traditional Indian decor is prevailent all through the building and all the rooms are very different. The food at the rooftop restaurant is excellent and the hotel laid on Indian music, dancing and a puppet show. We spent two nights here as part of...

We had a beautiful suite room which made us feel like royalty! The only niggle was that the air conditioning didn't really work. This didn't matter to us because it was not too hot, but might be a problem if you went during the hottest days. We also found a couple of mosquitoes in the room. The staff were very...

Let me emphasise that this is a review of a meal in the restaurant provided as part of a tour to the region. We were greeted outside by a dance which was great fun followed by an aperitif in a beautiful room. The meal was a mix of waiter service (for starter, dessert and drinks) and a buffet for the...

I guess the title of the review is self explanatory of the hospitality this property offers! I visited this property again during my visit to Jaipur and I must say that the experience that I had for the very first time inclined me to stay here again. The restaurant, RASA, has a variety to offer and the food is delicious....

On two nights running we had appalling service. Fawlty Towers seems like the Ritz by comparison. On both nights the waiteress took for ever to take our order, then came back half an hour later to say one of our orders was not available. Eventually she came with the wrong food. We had returned because the varied menu looked very...

Dear Guest, It is really very disheartening for us to know that you didn't have a pleasant meal experience here with us & please accept our sincere apologies for the same. In your review you have mentioned about the first day billing issue and that is absolutely correct as we had sudden software failure during the dinner time. But we...
