We had stayed previously in Arya and thought of trying out this one from the same group. It worked out to be wonderful decision. The place is very good and icing on the cake if buffet breakfast, which is really good. Rooms amenities, cleanliness are above par. Not to mention the gardens which are very well maintained. Restaurants like Handi...

It's a tidy looking single-storey building in a quieter lane slightly away from the chaos of the city. When you arrive, there are no smiles, no personal touch and you are simply handed your keys and that's it. But before disappointment sets in, a look into the room elevates your mood a little. It's nice and big, the linen is...

It was a comfortable and peaceful stay with homely ambiance at the heart of the city. The cottage rooms at the backyard are for those who run away from luxury defined by the west, for simple homely country culture. Food is awesome and homely. All the prominent places are nearby. It is real value for money. What else one wants?

Very clean and comfortable option to stay in Jaipur. Location-wise it was perfect since everything from main markets to city palace is in close proximity. Food was simple, yet the spread was amazing for breakfast. Do not expect anything luxurious, its a decent stay that's easy on the pocket.

When I was looking for hotels in Jaipur, I looked for a place which had a small open space, rooms had windows, and the decor was pleasing. And fit in my budget. Very rarely do I pay over 3 grand for rooms and only when I have exhausted all options :). Jai Niwas fit within my budget and looked like...

I would have liked to have rated this hotel higher but unfortunately one particular front desk employee was extremely disgruntled and unhelpful. In addition to this the open areas and outdoor seating caused a lot of extra noise late at night so falling to sleep was difficult. Overall a beautiful setting amongst a busy city.

My friend and I began our travels through Rajasthan in Jaipur and Jai Niwas was one of our favorite accommodations. Friendly staff, bright and clean rooms, and simple delicious food at breakfast. There are plentiful spaces outside to sit and enjoy the quiet surroundings and soak up the sun. We would highly recommend staying here!

This place is a peaceful oasis in the very busy town of Jaipur. It is centrally located and a lot of sight seeing can be done by foot, The comfortable rooms are located in a beautiful garden. Very friendly staff and great vegetarian food. One of the best places we stayed during our 6 month travel in India!

This hotel is low set in lovely gardens but sadly no alcohol is allowed in the garden which is a shame as it would have been nice to have a leisurely drink in the sun after a day of sightseeing.
