Highly recommend for travelling on a budget. Ravi the manager went above and beyond to make sure my sister and I had a great stay. Rooms are secure and capacious, if a little tired. The restaurant is brilliant!

Loved the stay at this hotel. Foods are full fresh. Rooms are good. Especially the location. It's on the high of Darjeeling so you can view the city. A bit far from rink mall. But you will love the silence. The rooftop is open for gest that's really cool. Te cool part is library with the restaurant. You can read...

You can get much better quality on the same street at much cheaper price. I had just come back to Darjeeling after a trek and just wanted hot shower, warm bed and wifi to catch up. I didn't get any of these. The room is very dated and cold...no heater. They say the wifi was down but I dont believe...

Great views and comfy beds, away from the noisy road - stayed here over a week. Hot water is on at the painful time of 630-8am, but they're willing to put it on for you whenever you ask. Rooms are clean and carpeted, and beds are warm, owners are exceptionally friendly and can't do enough for you. TV works well...

The staff is helpful and friendly, everything outstandingly clean, comfortable bed, Good wifi, a cozy rooftop restaurant and hot shower. What else can you ask? Yes! You also have great views from the rooms. The only thing I could say is that it's a little too expensive, 1200rps for a double room, but to be in high season and considering...

Myself and 4 friends travelled to Darjeeling for the second part of our spring break this spring. Mr. And Mrs. Gupta were phenomenally helpful in accommodating our changing travel needs. You get what you pay for, solid food, and good company.

Highly recommend hotel aliment. I didn't really know what to expect for I booked it through a package. Very impressed by the hotel, amazing breakfast served in a very cosy little restaraunt. Good lunch and dinner also. The hosts were great, very helpful and friendly making you feel very comfortable in their place. The room was basic, bed comfortable and...

I found its a cheap hotel (600rp for a double room). The main drawback was the service (a bit rude) and the fact the entire hotel was cold as hell (it was end of January). Good point is the restaurant: good food, a bit expensive though.

Ailment hotel was the worst. Reasons are... 1 there is no proper staff to pick my luggage at the time of checkin/checkout. 2 geyzer works only at specified time in morning till 8:30 am 3 there is no room service. 4 there is no phone extension so that we can talk to reception. Every time you need to go downstairs....

This hotel is not for Indians. The hotel staff and management are very rude. I had asked to change my room as it was in pretty bad shape but they just said the room is very good and we have no other rooms available. Worst of all, water heater is available only in the morning. Room heater is additional cost....
