So we landed up in Darjeeling unplanned and while we looking for not so expensive or luxurious hotels, we came across this hotel. Its totally worth the money you spend. Rooms are huge (yes a bit smelly probably cos they are not used frequently) but the staff did give us room sprays and after which it was alright. Staff wasn't...

We stayed here for one night. The staff is pretty laid-back with no decency or courtesy. The food is good . However, in terms of cleanliness, hygiene and basic facilities , this hotel lacks a lot. The room was not upto the mark when we were being allotted . The chairs were not clean or the bathroom was also completely...

This is a budget hotel and was booked by the travel agent as part of a package, so didn't have much choice. The receptionists are good and helpful and the bell boys are good. However the rooms leave much to desire. The rooms are spacious but minimally furnished. The bathroom was good size but the toilet seat was broken and...

The hotel is located in a building on the main Darjeeling road- with the train line- it is a 3 storey property. Restaurant is located in the 3rd floor along with a big terrace. My parents and I were allotted a room in the 2nd floor- there is no lift in the hotel. Initial experience was bad as the room...

We are a family of four and made a booking through www.booking.com. At first look, the hotel looked fine but during the stay we came to know that there is severe shortage of staff, resulting in very poor service in all aspects. The rooms were too small, the food was terrible and there was no room service at all. However,...

It doesn't look like a hotel from the exterior view, but once you go into the rooms, it might surprise you in the first instance. To be frank rooms are excellent. LED Televisions and balcony in most of the rooms. But the worst things is its service. They are least bothered about what you ask. They have the control of...
