Nobile Executive Suites hotel is located on Boa Viagem Avenue in the Pina neighborhood of Recife. This 64-story building has a beautiful view of the beach and the sea. It is convenient to the downtown area.
The rooms have all the trappings of a modern hotel and are comfortable. There was, however, a major flaw in the rooms' design: bathrooms are so small that one person can hardly stand sideways and it is physically impossible for two persons to be in the bathroom at the same time, unless one is in the shower. Moreover. there is only one sink and the toilet juts out.
There is a nice pool and an excellent fitness facility. The restaurant serves an excellent breakfast and the service there was attentive and speedy.
These good performances were marred by
a major shortcoming, namely the lackluster performance of the housekeeping staff. I was left without bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner) for 3 days out of my 6 days' stay. I had to repeatedly contact the reception to finally get these supplies.

Overall, this hotel has the potential to be a great performer but needs to address its staffing issues.

Nobile beach class executive is a great hotel located in Boa Viagem literally right on the beach. The rooms were clean and modern. Only complaint was that our bathroom was a little small. The staff was excellent and helped out when our luggage was lost by TAM. They really went above and beyond to help. The facilities including the pool were well maintained. Overall, a really great place to stay.

My room was in the 23rd floor, spectacular view of the Praia da Boa Viagem, the most famous beach in the city... Pitty we cannot enjoy the water since the sharks own the place 😊
Take the chance and try the hospitity of that people, they are great, food is fantastic, breakfast is special and the city is very welcoming!

I just spent 2 days in this hotel for business reason.
1) very smelly: food smell in the lobby and very bad smell in the rooms (humidity / feel like windows were never opened)
2) bathroom is TINY !!! Rooms are large and you can't understand why bathrooms are so small.
3) air conditioned is just above your head in the bed. Except being sick, I don't know how air conditioned can be used.
4) room service is terrible : they call you in your room 30 minutes after you have ordered to know your room number and they call you another time to let you know that your choice is not available 24 hours !!! Why you didn't tell me before???? And food is just so so !
5) service: they are nice but slow and not really efficient.

Bed quality is OK. Restaurant is sad, dark without view... although the hotel is almost facing the sea and the beach. The hotel looks new but could become very bad if the management is not better.
Once again, how the bathroom can be so small with so large room !!! I cannot understand that.

It's too pricy for the quality comparing with European standards while being in a secondary city in Brazil and knowing Brazilian hotels are rather bad comparing with other countries in South America and overseas.

I stayed in the Hotel for 2 weeks and it’s a typical Brazilian affair, things never seem to work well, ‎system not clearly thought out, although this is a newly built hotel, from the design all the way down ‎to the service, the customers were never taken into account. The only thing this Hotel has over its ‎next door neighbour the Transmerican, is that it’s a new building, but that’s where the advantages ‎stop.‎

The whole design of the Hotel is simply made to maximize rooms, a cash cow, without any thought ‎about the people who have to use them. The building is tall and very narrow. I was in the second best ‎room in the Hotel, the so called “Suite” and on each side of the bed there is no more than four inches ‎for you to negotiate your way into bed, you can’t even come in from the front, since there is this ‎massive bench in front of it, so all you have is FOUR inches and you basically wade your way through ‎the curtains, that’s the Suite, ridicules.‎

The Showers are tiny tiny, no space to move, claustrophobically small, not to mention there is nearly ‎no space for your personal items, nada. The main room in the “Suite” is long and narrow and at the far ‎end the window looking out to the beach, just bad design. Even the entrance from the road to the ‎main entrance is badly designed, it’s very far from the road and there is this long narrow corridor, it’s ‎one long steep walk, or a climb up on many steps to get to the entrance. Unlike other Hotels in Recife, ‎where there are always Taxi’s waiting at the entrance, here there are none. Since you can just about ‎fit in two cars in the narrow space at the entrance, so there is no space for taxi’s at all, so you need to ‎drag yourself all the way back to the street.‎

Lots of other things were not given any thought, like sockets are not in logical places, there is a desk, ‎but the telephone is on the other side of the room, just many small things, that are just not user ‎friendly. The room service food is touch and go, you can order the same thing ten times, it will never ‎be the same, it’s a bit like a casino and you need lots of luck. The breakfast, is one of the stingiest ‎breakfasts I have seen in a hotel, Choice? What? Never heard of that, today we decided you will have ‎eggs and sausage, tomorrow we decide you will have something else. Electricity, sometimes just goes ‎off without warning, when you call to reception to check, like, when will you get to stop using your ‎iphone as a torch, they say nonchalantly, yeah, It should be back on soon, oh, how delightful.‎

Service is not something they are aware of at all, for everything you want expect to pester them till it ‎happens, there is no such thing, you call once and it happens, you always have to call at least 2-3 times ‎to get anything moving. Aircon remote has a mind on it’s own, works in the most peculiar ways, the TV ‎decides ever so often to go blank and you need to call someone to sort it out and reprogram the ‎channels, the same is with the internet, the same is with the laundry, they lost some items, said, they ‎will come back to me, spoke to about 5 people about it, no one bothers, no one cares, so they lost ‎your clothes, after 5 days of pestering, I was told it will be deducted from the bill, just in case, you ‎were wondering, NO, it was not deducted.‎

The thing is, if things would work right, there would be no need to call anyone, but since nothing ‎seems to go well, you constantly have to call them, to get things working again, but they often just let ‎the phone ring and when you do get through, you know, you will need to call back again, since, no one ‎will do anything about it anyway.‎

I stayed in the Transmerican, although not as modern, but, hey, they have it all worked out, your ‎holiday is not bogged down with trying to get things to work, see my separate review on the ‎Transamerican. In Summary, keep away from badly designed and badly run hotels, it will ruin your ‎holiday!!‎

First room (1105) we got was narrow and long, without terasse. At first look didn't seems so bad. Bathroom was really micro-bathroom! Impossible to turn in it, to take towel normally, dry yourself after the shower....We changed this room, receptionist was very polite and we got one with normal bathroom (--o7), terasse....Hotel and rooms were clean. Breakfast was satisfactory. Full price is too high considering quality of rooms and food.

I was expecting a pretty standard anonymous suite hotel of the sort you find all over the States. Instead was a full service hotel with reception staff who were second to none. Room was perfect. Breakfast was fine. Hotel is perfectly located across the road from the beach and sea and close to the main shopping malls. Can't fault.

On pictures the place looks good. People are extremelly helpful and very nice but it looks like there was no training. A gintonica is ice & gin, a Clun Sandwich (basic and safe pick) is the worst I ever had. Pool is closed, and other “nice” services are no where to see. Window in my room did not close properly so it shaked in the middle of the night dues to the strength of the wind and did not let me sleep. Breakfas is actually the good thing left but I would not go back

Beautiful hotel. The rooms are great and spacious. That's about it! One air conditioner, 4 areas to cool(doesn't do the job). If you are looking for good food or great pool area, try again . A few blocks away from a shark filled beach. During my stay they cut the power to fix the generator and we went without it for several hours. No elevators...no a/c... cold shower. Poor breakfast for a so-called five-star hotel. Very limited menu. Dirty dish-ware twice.

Unsupervised and unprepared staff. Some people were throwing a fit at the reception desk claiming they had gone three days without any hot water. No one would talk to those guests. They asked for the manager and the security threatened to call the police. I have the episode recorded in my phone.

My stay was a total and utter let down. As expected, no refund offered, no apologies made. However, I was charged effectively.

The pool was under maintenance and the gym is poorly equipped.
I was very upset and decided not to complain in loco dreading an even more upsetting situation.

I wish the owner would visit his/her hotels more frequently

The hotel is ok. Nothing special. The staff is nice but the rooms are weird and the bathroom is ridiculous small. You literally cannot turn around in it. Very mediocre. I probably would not stay here again. The bed is very comfortable and the Internet service is horrible.
