This is a very small property with only 12 rooms and friendly staff. Of course the property is beautiful and well maintained but thats it. If you looking for the amenities or luxury of hotel stay then you may not get here. Room size is not the smallest & Rooms and bathrooms were all neat and clean. Good part is...

Sumit was a very accommodating host. We made an error with our booking but he helped us to sort this out. Good wi fi. Rooms with ac . TV was a bit poor reception but didn't really bother us. Nice quiet resort and good value. Recommended. Avoid german bakery nearby - overpriced and poor customer service.

So I have been here before too, back in 2014 with my friends and I had loved the place back then too and have been recommending people I know to come and stay here to enjoy the peace and the coasts around. I returned after almost 2.5 years and nothing has changed here. The place is still the same, peaceful...

After staying a night at the seriously overpriced Hotel Supreme in Vasco ( was there for Goa River Marathon ) , my expectation with Banyan Soul, wasn't all that high. However, the place exceeds expectations. Its a boutique guest house ( that's what Sumit - the owner aptly calls it ),just next to German Bakery ( which is bliss) , tucked...

Well I can go on and on about The Banyan Soul but I will keep it short. This place is tucked away from the noisy main roads. The room was very comfortable and cosy. The banyan tree and the little library underneath it is where you would love to sip your morning coffee.... There's a little lawn with tables and...

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of November, after finishing a hectic whistle stop journey around the Golden Triangle in the north. We were there during the height of the cash crisis and had previously been staying in 4 - 5 star hotels. We had found all the staff at these hotels incredibly unhelpful - no local...

I have visited The Banyan Soul this November during the Rider Mania. It was probably my third visit and the place just gets better and better. The newly painted reception area looks amazing and also the classy lights on the boundary wall. Rooms were as comfortable as ever again and were a perfect place to retreat after long and tiring...

Fantastic time in Anjuna and at the Banyan Soul. I went here this November with my wife and daughter and we had a beautiful time. The staff is very friendly and the place is very comfortable and beautiful, especially the niche lights in the evenings-they look magical. The location is quiet and a bit tucked away. We preferred that to...

We booked 3 rooms for 3 days. I got fooled by so many good reviews and especially certifications of excellence given by TripAdvisor itself. However, we couldn't be more wrong. Location is very remote. There's no room service, for a single cup of tea, they will take half an hour to deliver. There's no geyser in any rooms, so in...

Dear guest, Thank you for taking time to give us your feedback. However, let me take the opportunity to explain. 1.) We have solar heaters and hence no geysers in all the rooms and they work very efficiently and are also environmentally friendly. We have been running all rooms full with these heaters and have not received a single complaint...
