Lovely location - away from crowds but not to far from the beaches. Rooms were clean and food (especially the breakfast) was amazing (vegan/veg). The staff was wonderful and helpful always (they were there early and stayed late to help). The list of taxi drivers was helpful, as was the list of things to see and do. There were always...

The yoga was fantastic, the shala beautiful and the yoga group wonderful. The grounds are really nice and the rooms kept clean and comfortable. However, the beds are uncomfortable as the mattresses are far too hard which resulted in many people having difficulty sleeping. The food was disappointing - little variety and bland - and so after a few days...

This experience was terrible between the rude grandmother who lives on site, the fleas in the room, the windows without netting with no air-con....terrible beds and then the fact that everyone in our group was sick...I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I went to Satsanga for prenatal yoga course. The place is amazing, there were monkeys in the trees and we could see them from the shala during our training, peacocks and a variety of other birds. It's very quiet and the rooms are peaceful and brightly colored. The food is phenomenal, three fresh vegetarian meals per day with filtered water...

Really beautiful place, excellent Ayurvedic food, nice and helpful staff, beautiful room with and outdoor bathroom. The yoga shala is amazing. The only little but is that when you leave the place you need a taxi or a scooter to get around.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days at the end of a 2-week Indian adventure. He is fairly new to yoga so was a little apprehensive about our stay at Satsanga. Within a couple of hours, he was super impressed and very happy with our choice. Satsanga is a very relaxed retreat that runs courses with international guest...

this is a place where you will find bliss, peace. Heather Elton's Yoga teacher training is AMAZING, she is an inspiring teacher along the rest of the teachers that are part of her teacher training's. My practice and my spirit change after her training.

Satsanga Retreat is an amazing place run with a yoga attitude, where everything worked as one seamless whole. I have done two, month long yoga Teacher Trainings at Satsanga, both with Heather Elton & Emile Wendel. The last one was this year Feb / March. Other than the fantastic teachers, we felt totally supported and could really concentrate on the...

I recently did Heather Elton's 200 hour yoga teacher training at Satsanga retreat and was hugely impressed with the facilities and the teaching. The two yoga shalas are really beautiful - it was such a privilege to practice meditation, pranayama and do our teacher training studies in them, so inspirational. Heather has chosen a fantastic place to hold her teacher...

Stayed here as part of a week long yoga retreat. The rooms are fairly basic but very clean. The hotel prides itself on it's eco credentials and this was incorporated well into everything from the beautiful ozone treated pool, recycling, to solar heated water. The food was also amazing - our retreat incorporated mostly raw food and the chef made...
