Having been to Goa for the last 7 years and having stayed at other hotels - this really is what you make of it. We stayed here the first time we went to Goa and now have returned as the deal with Portland Holidays was the best. The hotel is in a good location if you dont want to be...

This hotel is horrific! We started off on day one with a room over looking the pool and the noise from the evenings "entertainment"was such that we asked for a move the next day. After much attitude from the receptionist we were moved to a room at the back. For the entire evening a dog barkd and I literally never...

We have just returned from two great weeks in Goa. We stayed at the Dona Terezhina in Calangute and were very wary after reading some reviews off this and other websites. Eating area - The poolside for all meals Food choice - What choice - Chlorinated water from the poolside splashing. Fun Factor - If a potential cut foot from broken glass around the pool is your idea of fun..... Rooms - Yes there...

The hotel was so called "All Inclusive" the rooms were disgusting they were filthy dirty with cockroaches & ants running on the floor & walls, some other guests said they had seens rats running around the rooms. This hotel was ideal as a base for exploring northern Goa and our first trip to India. Centrally based in the busy town of Calangute it was accessed through a 24 hour security guarded gate off the main high street. Considering it was only 2 star it offered very good food, live entertainment every night, beautifully clean accommodation and facilities,...
