We stayed at this hotel at Easter 2013 for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. Rooms are very basic but clean and comfortable. Our initial thought was to relocate to another hotel until we met the waiting staff. Old, squalid, dirty place with a small pissy pool and very bizarre guests stealing beach chairs from one another. There is no charm in this place and absolutely no reason to choose it, especially taking into consideration the amount of decent places around. The Desouza group should seriously reconsider modernizing and cleaning up this place. Awful experience. Maybe the only...

BOOKING THIS HOTEL WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! My family from England and I stayed here for a week. On the night of the stay we got burgled. The thieves entered our rooms while we were asleep and took away all foreign currency and jewelry. The staff was very unhelpful and out right horrible. We wanted to report...

Please add some Indian variety into your menu. Please update your phone number in the website. The one which is listed is a useless one. No...

I am planning my 5th trip back this year, since myself & my friend arrived in Baga /Santiago we fell in love with the place. Food is of fantastic quality and choice, staff are very helpful. Over the years of visiting the hotel, feel they need to upgrade furniture as looking a little old /shabby. Aware they have started to do...
