During my stay at this hotel, I’m very, very disappointed with all the services that your hotel have provided for the customers. I feel that it will definitely be my first and last stay at your hotel based on the bad services that I have encounter during my stay. Firstly, there are very limited parking spaces n your staff didn’t have the courtesy to tell the customer that the parking was full and I have to search for the parking for almost 10 minutes.
Upon check in, the receptionist at your hotel was not friendly n didn’t’ even smile to the customers. All questions asked was replied very rudely by your receptionist, is this the front liners that your want to represent your hotel? It is very disappointed.
Reaching to my room no 714, I found that my main door is stuck and I have to push very hard in order to open the door. The room was not clean properly and there was dust & strain of hair everywhere. The television has no remote control and when I asked the staff to supply me with the remote control, they didn’t’ even bother to call back and check if I have received the remote control. Is that the attitude of your hotel staff that you have trained? I must say that I will not recommend your hotel to my friends based on my bad experience at your hotel.
My only hope that on the next day, I will be served with good breakfast, but I was disappointed again. The food was cold and tasteless.
To the hotel management, please take my sincere comment if you want your customer to come again to your hotel.
Thank you.

It is in the MiTC area and one would thought it would be a decent, nice hotel considering the location. But NO! One step into the elevator, it felt like I am travelling back to the 80's. The 'old' and musty smell of an old building reeks out from the wall. It got worse once I have reached the room. I stayed in a double-bed room on the 7th or 8th floor, paid RM150++/night for it. The smell of cigarettes lingered apart from the 'old' building stench. The window could not be properly locked, tried pulling on the latch but was afraid if the whole window glass would fall off. Toilet was dirty, found a cockroach lurking around the drain cover. An old, small television set near the window.

I was given a room at the far end of the hall and there was one room they use to keep their housekeeping items in. The room was not lock and the door was left open. I can see a lot of mattresses leaning against the wall and on the floor. I guess that is where the extra mattresses are pull out if a guest request for them.

Do not even bother to have breakfast there. Not only there was not much varieties, the food was not to standard. A decent Nasi Lemak sell by the road side is nicer compared to here.

Go elsewhere, spend a bit more and find a nicer, decent hotel near the city centre.

I really think that the management didn't really care about the hotel just because it is always fully booked considering the location is the nearest to the Melaka International Trade Centre (MITC).

The hotel looks okay from the lobby but once you were inside the room you will soon find out that the toilet flush is broken, the water pressure is nonexistent, the peephole had lost its magnifying glass and many many more.

I've tried calling the maintenance and he came a few minutes later to inspect the condition then disappear without making any repairs. And since the telephone line was "under maintenance" (that what the notice says) I have to go down again after waiting more than 2 hours for him to come and made a report... again.. Sigh :(

The only good thing was the location of the hotel which is behind MITC and a 24 hours McD on the side.

really not worth it for your money..very terrible and very dirty hotel..
i had pay bout RM165 per stay for "motel quality"..i think motel can be better than this hotel..toilet really suck..they didn't clean the toilet bowl where on the toilet bowl still have poo and the basket full with dirty tissue..yurk!! when i lay in bed, i can see many small ants under my blanket..what the hell..
1 more thing, this hotel didn't have cable tv (just have tv1,tv2,tv3 and tv7) and internet connection..
i'm so sorry, but i think malacca government must have to take an action on this matter. I will say that this is the last i time stay at this hotel..if this hotel offer me to stay for RM40, i think i still don't want to stay at this hotel..

Booked this hotel through booking.com and was rated four star. Picked location due to child friendly places nearby. This is not a four star hotel. Luckily it was only for one night so we made do. hotel room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Breakfast had nothing at all that would suit a western guest apart from fruit and toast. There was a tray left outside a room when we arrived at 2pm, it was still there the next day. Hotel felt grubby and i would not book again. Pool is very small.

It was value for money. A clean room though I did notice a small stain on one bedsheets and somethings left by the previous guest Ah well it is a budget hotel. . Friendly staff at the reception. Good wifI. A reasonable restaurant downstairs. And the MITC event center is opposite. If that is where you are going to be then this is a reasonable place .

The one main problem is the location. Not that the hotel management can do something about it. the area is completely devoid of anything interest. I did not feel like going for a walk in the morning and since the hotel has no gym I ended up conference stay a few kilos heavier.

Came at 2pm. There is already a queue of around 7 people at the counter. And quite a lot of people just sitting at the lobby area waiting to be checked in.

Check in is veeeeerrrryyyyyy veeeeerrrryyyyyy veeeeerrrryyyyyy veeeeerrrryyyyyy veeeeerrrryyyyyy slow. Not sure why, either maybe it is due to some people late check out so housekeeping need to take extra time to clean the room or housekeeping is taking forever to clean a room or the Front Office staff that are slooooowwwwwww in doing their job.

Advisable to come check in after 3pm. But come to think of it, better don't come here at all!!! Totally not recommended.

The aircond in the lobby is a bit warm and that definitely does not help with the waiting.

I only get the keys at 4pm. That is 2 hours of waiting for the rooms to be ready! And that is with the help of Redzwan. He has been very very very helpful and he is not even a full time staff there, he is only a student doing his practical there. Shame on the Front Office staff there. You guys should be more like Redzwan. Even the fulltime staff are not that friendly and not helpful and they are not even smiling!! Really, shame on you Front Office staff.

Management, please do take note. Your Front Office staff really give bad first impression to your customers. My first impression of your hotel - really bad and this is my first and last I will come to your hotel. Never anymore! All of this because of the bad experience your Front Office staff gave to me.

No basement parking. The only parking within the hotel is surrounding the hotel. Very limited parking, estimated only around 30 parking bay. If the parking within the hotel is full, customers can park outside the hotel.

Room - Deluxe room with 1 single bed and 1 queen bed. Room is very small with some space just enough for you to walk between the bed and the wall. No luggage rack. Shower is small too that can only fit 1 person at a time - when in hotels, normally my 2 kids will always shower together, so at this hotel this means they cant shower together now.

Aircond in the room is cool because it is the type where we normally install at home, it is not building centralized aircond.

The room carpet and furniture are very dusty with strands of hair. My youngest kid falls sick with all the dust. The toilet floor is not clean, there are strands of hair and dusts. TV is ok, good picture quality and good sound.

Swimming pool - there are 2 pools: 1 with slides that is 0.6m deep and another 1 without slides and is 1.2m deep. Both are located right next to each other and separated by a rail. Both pools look like a number 8 from above. There are some kids and even adults that wear normal clothes (not swimming suits) in the pool, so I guess there are no restrictions. There are towels provided by the counter near the pool. No safeguard. Evening swim is nice because the sun is blocked by the hotel building. Kids are definitely going to love the pool with slides.

Breakfast - not many varieties. Egg station, porridge with condiments, nasi lemak, fried kuey teow, bread and butter pudding, baked beans, glass noodle soup and breads.

Location - there is McD right next to the hotel. There is also Subaidah nearby. Surrounding the area are gov buildings, houses and a few shoplots.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights. And because of the bad experience and the room sucks and bad breakfast, we only stayed for 1 night and checked out early to move to another hotel.

Totally not recommended.

Lobby: clean but there is a stinky sewage smell at the lobby.

Room and bathroom: small, comfy and very clean. Few patches of moldy stains at the windows section.

Fast food nearby: walking distance to McD and mamak.

Price: too High for outta city centre zone.

Unpleasant smell once step in the lobby. The furniture are old. Dirty bed sheet. Broken toilet - unable to flush. Bad service. Breakfast are awful. The only good about the hotel is the location.

Definitely not worth the money-you could get better hotel with the same rate. Please don't stay at the hotel.
