A 5 star hotel that doesn't cost a bomb. There's also a sauna and stim room, but the pool is little too cold. There are shops below the hotel so it is so convenient. Getting our room was quite late but in the end they upgraded our room so that's alright then.

Hatten Place Melaka is D Place to be...i recomend to all travellers stay in this hotel. Staffs is all very friendly from checking in to Food and Beverage... Food is well served at coffee house ..cleanliness is on top notch...my room is always clean by house keeping and the entire public area is clean. I will come back to Melaka and stay in this awesome property...
1.Hotel room: Small & no place to walk TV channels limited Air-conditioner is old & faulty, still feeling hot despite turning on to the highest setting Bedsheet has blackish stains that looks disgusting 2. Purpose of writing this review is due to no feedback from Hatten Place Hotel, hotel may refer my email to reservation2@hattenplace.com and stay@hattenplace.com Hotel did not take guest review seriously, meanwhile I would like to share my experience with Hatten Place Melaka. 1. Waited one and half hour for check-in, truly understand long queue due to school holiday. No basic greetings from and customer service from receptionist. 2. Booking confirmed on 5th November and I understand booking you had putting remark on the connection room.
