Stayed in Grand Family 2 Queen Room from Fri to Sun in early October. Room and bathroom (double sink!) were spacious and clean. (Sometimes, could hear some noise from other rooms/guests but still acceptable, no problem at all to sleep or relax.)

Hotel, breakfast area, small green spaces - all tastefully decorated, simple but unmistakenly Malacca inspired. A beautiful hotel... just like the images posted by the hotel in the website, if not it is even better when we were there to see and experience the ambience.

Staff size may seem small but each of them are wonderful and hospitable, equivalent to what you may experience at 5 star hotels. This made us feel very welcomed and we always look forward to be back to the hotel after exploring the city. Staff was prompt and responsive to our requests eg swimming pool towels, checking the window latch, plastic bags for dirty laundry, additional toiletries, etc. So, we were well taken care.

Several good cafes/restaurants are within walking distance (eg Samfu, Bulldog, Sharing Plates). Also have shops selling Chinese herbs, sewing crafts etc - a wonderful discovery (opposite Samfu).

Easy to get Grab transport since we were lazy to drive. Location is perfect cos it is near to Jonkers and Redhouse. If you prefer to stay in the room, hotel provides some games. We enjoyed ourselves so much with the card games. Wifi is strong too.

This will be our first choice to stay in our next trip to Malacca.

Room and toilet are spacious. The toilet has individual cubicles for bathing and toilet; with 2 taps. It will be good to have hooks to hang towel and clothes inside the bathroom. Pathway to the rooms are very "woody-looking", quite spooky. Covered carpark is free behind the hotel.

Excellent service by the hotel staff, almost everyone of them are extremely helpful and super-friendly. The room is tidy and I love the interior very much! My kids love the bathtub and there's a separate shower cubicle so it is very convenience.
It is basically in the heart of the city, walking distance to Jonker and we found a few hidden food delicacies around the area.
Basically I love this historical building but yet with a modern touch which makes it a very inviting place like home. Swimming pool is kinda huge. Overall I love this hotel and I will definitely come back to stay here again!

We are a family of four who stayed at Treasure Hotel. The room was very clean and had lovely light. The breakfast was generous and all the staff were hospitable. The Hotel is taking precautions with COVI9-19 by serving breakfast to the table and booking the pool for set numbers in advance. We would definitely come back.

Treasures was absolutely perfect for a short stay. The hotel was relatively quiet (we stayed during the week) and we were able to enjoy the lovely pool to ourselves. The location is only a short walk from all of the main attractions, and we took advantage of the food court behind the hotel. The staff allowed us to check in early and watched our bags for us on check out day. All in all, Treasures was wonderful value for money and I would not hesitate in suggesting for anyone to stay there while visiting Melaka.

Stayed for a few nights. The rooms are cleaning, simple but have lovely bathrooms. There are a nice breakfast area and the small pool on the roof. I really liked the staff, they were very helpful and friendly. The location is within walking distance of the city centre and attractions, though the actual neighbouring area requires some TLC.

The wonderful experience started the moment we decided to hold our class reunion at Treasures Hotel. The hotel planned the menu, arranged for a 'yee sang' to toss for Chinese New Year and took care of practically everything. The 20 fussy ladies attending the reunion were overwhelmed by the cosy courtyard (with a choice of indoor sitting too) , great food (lots of organic stuff), impressive setting, as well as the thoughtful and impeccable service. Great value for money too! A big thank you to Mr Chong, Bryan and all staff at Treasures! We hope to be back !

We stayed 3 nights and loved the hotel, which is well designed, lots of tasteful details make it something quite special.
All of the team were very friendly helpful and welcoming.
Pool was a real plus too with a lovely garden area to relax, after a day visiting it was perfect for a nice swim. Breakfast was also very good with the best hotel coffee I had in our Malaysia stay!
Would absolutely recommend this hotel stay here if you visit melaka! Thank you all for you kindness we wish you all the best for the future.

This was my third visit to this hotel. It is clean, friendly and very comfortable. The rooms are a good size and the pool and steam room are well maintained and excellent for relaxing after sight seeing in Malacca which can get hot. Bathtubs in the room are also great for soaking in after walking around the town.
Breakfast was delicious and Ms Tan looks after everyone with great hospitality.

A unique boutique hotel with a touch of home. Rooms are spacious and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Located right next to a 'hawker centre' with good food. Hotel is also within walking distance to the heritage sites.

Each night we would buy our dinner from the adjacent food haven and eat at the hotel courtyard. Staff were very accommodating and even offered their cutlery for us to enjoy the meals.

We left some of our clothes behind in one of the cupboards. Special thanks to the housekeeping and front desk team for promptly contacting us and sending the clothes back to us in Singapore. Grateful to the team for their service excellence.

Keep up the good work...just one detail to improve and this boutique hotel will be perfect...the carpet on the walkway to the rooms need a change to leave a good impression on guests.
