This 15 room boutique hotel is housed within 3 connecting heritage buildings that were extensively refurbished to give it a modern Peranakan feel yet maintaining the heritage structure and façade of the buildings. All of Aava Malacca Hotel’s profit will be channelled to selected NGO’s and charity organisations, and NASAM has been selected as our first recipient. We will enlarge the list of recipients in the near future.

Location is next to river so great, but approach road is very busy and unattractive. Breakfast is limited. Architecture and decor of the hotel is very good - authentic and very peranakan. Pool is too small - just useful to cool off not to swim.

Hi Nnixx, there is no windows in the family room. For family room with window, you can go with the Grand Suite, it come with 1 king bed and 1 2-seater sofa bed. The Grand Suite has a private balcony overlooking the Melaka river.

"Grand suite is recommended facing the river at the back, quiet as opposed to the rooms in front facing the street."
"Ask for a room with a window"
"Get a room with river facing . Some of their rooms are large - family rooms and suites and can accommodate 3 pax or more"
