Great affordable hostel in a fantastic location, the only issue I had was he ac was too cold and we couldn't turn it down. Other than that, can't fault the place. The water was hot and the beds clean and lots of interesting people to hang out with in communal areas.

Clean, good location, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very affordable (I doubt you'll find cheaper). No aircon in dorm but individual fans. Close to local bus station which can easily connect you to the the central bus station.

I've been here for 2 days and 1 night. Great hospitality, great service, nice staff. The room is very clean and tidy. The toilet is very clean too. They provide free great coffee and great environment. Very accessible one, nearer with the mosque (Masjid Kling) and Jonker flea market. Suggested !

The Jalan-Jalan is definitely one of the best places to stay at for a trip to Melaka. The guest house bears only a few rooms and conveys a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is very nice and helpful, there coffee, water and tea all day, you store food in a fridge and the rooms have nets against mosquitos (except for the...

Stayed here 4 nights (2 in one building in a dorm w/ fan, 2 in the other building in a dorm w/ a/c) and both were very comfortable and clean with a relaxed vibe. Very simple amenities, but there is a washing machine, a fridge, fresh cold water, and tea and coffee available. The managers are very nice and accomadating,...

The staff were okay here, couldn't speak a lot of English but were helpful to the best of their ability. The room felt like I was in an open prison, single beds not bunk beds. Just fans for each bed. The mosquitoes ate me alive even with the appropriate deet spray. There is a nice outside area but there is...

I stayed in the 10 bed fan dorm and spent a really comfortable stay. The beds are disposed one next to the other, so you don't have the problem of climbing in the middle of the night and every bed has its own fan. They also provide a locker to put your important stuff and laundry service. The staff is...

My girlfriend and I stayed in a private double room for two nights, 18th - 20th September 2016. The room was basic but clean, was equipped with a very good fan and a mosquito net. The room was locked with a pad lock that the hostel provided for a 10RM refundable deposit. The staff at Julan Julan were very friendly...

I spent six days here but because of my travel commitments I had to leave. The staff here are super knowledgeable and a great help. The rooms were spacious and clean and for the first time I had an easy chair to sit in. It was an enjoyable stay and so close to restaurants, city sites etc. Well recommended.

Thank Nadnerb2
