I fully recommend this hotel! The staff is very warm and attend all what you need. They prepared your breakfast and you can eat watermelon and snacks for free all day. The double room was perfect!!!! They give to you two bottles of water every day in your room, and also cleaning it if you want. For mosquitoes, they give to you some tablets!!!

Excellent location on Harmony street. The staff are so helpful and caring. Even if the mosque is right in front, you can hardly hear the players. Breakfast is more than basic continental - toast, eggs and Chinese noodles. Tea/Coffee and orange juice available all day. The shower has great water pressure. We had terrible experience in another hotel in Melaka, so Da Som Inn made our stay in Melaka so much better.

Nice place that had small, but clean rooms. Breakfast was really basic. The staff was really nice and helpful. And the location of the hotel was perfect. Close to junker street and other sights, but the hoteel was really quiet and peaceful. Perfect place for a couple of days staying in melacca.

This place is in a great location, walking distance from many of the main sights and the night food market. Bedroom was basic but perfectly fine. Great breakfast and much appreciated the access to free tea/juice/biscuits whenever wanted. They let me check in early and store luggage when I checked out. Wifi worked well in communal areas, not in bedroom. Only downside was I had chosen a room with a shared bathroom - which was not very clean

If you want to visit Malacca and stay in very quiet, clean and confortable room this is the place. Da Som Inn Hotel is just in the middle of everything you need to see in this historical and beautiful city. You can go in a short walk from here to so many nice spots around. Also is easy to find a good restaurant. The hotel is historical build as well, and the staff is incredible. We loved the breakfast. And if you want to eat something any time, they provide FREE bisquits, cereal, coffee. The coffee machine serves Cappuccino, Mocha, Latte, Expresso, Hot Chocolate, tea, orange juice and toast all day 24/7. For sure I recomend Da Som Inn for everyone who wants to visit Malacca!

Came with 2 friends to attend a wedding. The hotel provides 24hrs free flow of coffee, cereals and toasts. It is so wonderful to have a cup of good coffee and a piece of toast with lots of butter after a long day. My sort of comfort food. The location is perfect and strategic to all tourist attractions. Nice bed to sleep in too. The hotel does not have lift so please ask for assistance if you have heavy luggage.

Centrally located, the Inn provides an excellent breakfast with both local & western food, capaccino, juice, filtered water and snacks (gratis). The hotel staff offer a warm welcome and lots of helpful information on what to do in Melaka. The rooms are good sized and comfortable, and the Inn is close to many restaurants, the river walk - in a nutshell, everything we needed for a great visit to Melaka.

I stayed here for two nights. It was fine, but the bathroom they had me use was kind of dirty. The staff was very nice, and it was good they had free flow of food all day. The bed was comfortable. I just think it was a bit expensive for what it is.

We visited this hotel during our recent trip to malacca. There is free breakfast and 24 hours free flow of coffee tea and snacks. The lounge area is set up in a way that you can simply sit and relax, enjoy cup of coffee and watch the world goes by. The ambience is great. Room is clean and big, air conditioned. It is located strategically just one street away from jonker street.
